The machine failed after 6.5 months of usage. The makers were contacted, however the refused to provide any compensation saying that it's over the warranty period.Makers asked me to send the machine back to their address for checking, and the same was sent. I requested them that I will pay them after the issue rectification and before sending me back the machine. However they wanted me to do the payment before they carried out any repairs. After much pleading they agreed to my request and after sending me a demo video of proper working, I did the payment. The machine was then sent back to me.My usage of the machine is only 5 days a month for 30 minutes each day.All the expenses of courier and fault rectification which together was 85% of the initial machine cost was borne by me.After the receiving back of machine, it has again failed and not working.To summarize, its a poor build quality equipment and below average customer service

Good one, easy to use. Burn 2 napkins at a time, after that switch off and on it little later, else the machine will automatically off. After off can’t switch on ,have to switch off the plug and on it. Over all good product

Product quality is good and the machine heats up quickly. Overall a good purchase, will definitely purchase again for future needs . Highly recommended.

Idea of using an incinerator at home helps me a lot. This machine is of compact size. Heavy but that is fine. 2 pads can be burned at a time. After starting one process, we need to wait 45 minutes for putting next set of pads. Like that 25 pads can be burned in a day. Proper user manual is there. Product support available on call. I love this machine. Serves its purpose.One issue is it produces lot of smoke.

Hi my dear friend,If you are going to buy this product, let me tell you - you are going to waste your money.For me, the product got complaint in 2 months.Other Reasons:1. Utter waste customer support.They don’t speak English properly, and customer need to understand their language in some way. If you need any help, then you don’t get it from them.If the product get damaged, they will mention it as customer fault and they won’t provide the warrenty.2. They don’t consider baby napkin as napkin!In their description, you can see it supports heavy and light weight napkins.But, please understand that they don’t support us if the machine got complaint due to the usage of baby napkin.3. They don’t have service outside of Tamilnadu.I bought this product from Kerala but, I spent another 1.5k to courier this to their station at Tirupr when it got complaint. They don’t care about this money.If you still wants to buy this, go for it and suffer later.A frustrated customer due to customer support from them!
