Graf Zeppelin LZ129 Hindenburg Series Swiss Quartz Dress Watch 7046-3

Excellent value for money. Best way to start getting into German brand watches. The seconds hand registration is almost perfect with little to no bounce between ticks. Dial quality is oustanding and the numerals and hands are lumed. The strap is quality and suits the watch but I am switching it out for a brown alligator strap. Has a nice weight to it unlike other cheap quartz. The crystal is hesalite so have some Polywatch on hand for little scuffs and scratches. What more is there to say. At 119.00 there is no better value to be had when starting in German watches. Amazon is wrong in the sizing. It is 40mm wide and 20mm lug width. Movement is a Ronda.

This watch is beautiful! Fast, quick shipping, nicely packaged. Great looking casual watch, but can be dressy--has an antique look to it, which is what I love about it!

Zeppelin makes beautiful time pieces. Kudos to the design team. Having said that, the case and the plastic crystal they use is something you would expect to find in a sub $50 watch, not a $200+time piece.For this Hindenburg model LZ129, the plastic dome crystal is elevated above the case and the sides of the crystal is not protected at all. Common sense would say that they would use a higher quality Sapphire Crystal. I am a victim of the their cheap plastic crystal and the crystal on my Zeppelin watched is cracked on the side. If you buy one, it will eventually crack no matter how careful you are with it. You have been warned. I am a fan of their designs but I will not buy again until they start using quality materials.

I've wanted a Zeppelin watch for some time and I decided to jump in on the lower end with this blue LZ129. It's just about the perfect shade of sapphire blue. The dial is classic and looks retro. The numerals are a tad small but well defined. The hands are fantastic and the seconds hand hit the marks with each tick. I was a bit disappointed with the leather strap. It doesn't feel like it would last a month let alone the rest of the year. I suppose at this entry price point I shouldn't ask for a lot but I will replace it with a leather deep blue 20 mm strap later. In the end I am pleased.

Overall it's a nice looking watch with a nice blue dial. The leather strap is a bit stiff and boring. It would be nice if it was an automatic movement instead of a quartz for it's price.

For $200, you expect a real crystal. This one is cheap plastic scratched right out of the box. I have other Zeppelin watches and they are made well but this watch is pure junk. Do not buy this if you expect it to be durable over one month. This is not German quality, this is sub-chinese

The price of the watch needs to be a little higher quality. The watch ban is cheap and there needs to be a crystal not Acrylic.

It is a really nice looking watch. Note that the material for the cover is pretty soft, so you will need to buy some polywatch to buffer it every once in a while.

After just a few months of having the watch its just suddenly stopped working invest in something better. Contacted the seller they do not wanna help or look at the watch, bunch of.......

Diese Uhr wirkt allein schon durch ihr Design sehr ansprechend. Ich finde, dass sie in Natura noch besser aussieht als auf den Fotos.Die Uhrzeit lässt sich gut ablesen und die Uhr fühlt sich sehr wertig an. Besonders gut gefallen mir die fluoreszierenden Zahlen und Zeiger auf dem Ziffernblatt, so ist ein Ablesen auch im Dunkeln kein Problem.Alles in allem bin ich mit der Uhr wirklich zufrieden -> angenehmes Gewicht -> tolle Optik -> schlichtes Armband.
