Simba Teff Flour - 2lbs

This is the best teff flour I ever tried. Freshly packed and tastes amazing.

This was my first Teff flour purchase experience....it allowed me to make mistake twice and by the third batch, I had it right. Although after further research, I definitely need more than 2lbs. It's good quality brown Teff.

Great product would use it for everything if it wasn't so costly. You do have to get used to the color that foods become this greenish grey, but the taste is amazing and nutritionally worth the different color

Trying to find this product luckily was an exercise in futility, and ultimately a waste of time given the affordable nature of this product! Most of the bread recipes I'm using that call for Teff Flour ask for fairly small portions, so this 2lb bag will last a long time. It was priced well, came packaged well, and has a resealable package.

The price was right and the bread I made with the TEFF flour was very tasty.

I used this product to grow a gluten free sourdough starter. I just made some sourdough bread with it and it was wonderful!

Great flavor

I probably would not order from this seller again. Here's why: The package was intact when recieved from the post office but was leaking flour. The bag of teff inside the mailing envelope had exploded. I decided to keep it because it was all still relatively contained and I felt the possibility of contamination was small. However, what a mess! This seller should rethink thier packaging if they wish to continue selling via mail order. The quality of the t'eff flour inside seems ok, however has a strange smoky flavor. Also, from the way it feels in my body, it may have significant wheat contamination or may even be cut with wheat flour. So if you are gluten free or wheat allergic order elsewhere. My bottom line? I think I'll stick with bob's red mill next time. More expensive, but better quality and hopefully won't arrive exploded.
