I had searched for a salt pipe after watching a webinar with Dr Sarah Myhill (specialist doctor on M.E) and she talked about how she used Lugol's iodine with her salt pipe to help keep her body clear of infection / keep bad bacteria in check etc. As those of you with M.E (and related conditions) know -there are many co-infections that you may have had to deal with. So I ordered this and decided instead to use Peppermint oil in it with the salt as I have used Peppermint oil to help with my brain inflammation atopically with great effect. This salt pipe has been a gamechanger for me. My thinking is that there is the impact of the salt pipe combined with peppermint oil in getting anti-inflammatory agents into my whole system and secondly - it's making me take long deep breathes at regular intervals which helps calm the nervous system. So simple just so effective.

It is good value for money, even if a bit cheaply made. The paint was chipping before I unwrapped it, but that is not the most important thing.

I bought these salt inhalers to help clear the lingering cough I had after having covid. It's worked really well and I'm a lot better now. The only problem is because of the material these are made from, they're easily breakable. Both of mine arrived with chips on the mouthpieces. I decided not to complain or return because I imagine there's a good chance any replacement ones would be the same, but still it's not great they arrived in that condition. I think plastic ones are probably a better design.

Been using for a week now, sinuses feel a bit clearer. But sure if just imagination. Will continue to use, few times daily.

The package arrived quickly and from the outside undamaged. When I opened the package it was wrapped very well but when I opened the boxes one item was broken and the other chipped, see photos.I applied for a return which was accepted but then I found out I had to pay the return postage.It was very obvious that the items where damaged before being send and packed.Greater care needs to be taken to ensure the item is undamaged before being sent.

I have asthma and allergies that are already pretty well managed, but I’ve had terrible trouble with sinus infections for decades. They get so bad the pain is debilitating. I tried everything, steroid sprays just thinned the membrane making me more prone to infection, saline sprays helped a bit but didn’t resolve the problem, I got so desperate one year I snorted essential oils- it worked on occasion but I swear I nearly went blind it burnt so badly. This however actually WORKS and is totally gentle. No more face and brow pain. Before I get snotty but notice pain and tender to touch areas, I use the inhaler twice a day, within a few days a huge mass is dislodged. Seriously recommend 👍
