I thought so negatively before I start because of its reputation..... I'm not atheist too. It is a master piece of decades. 1 of the best novel in Telugu. Everyone should read to learn about society and exploitation of forward casts in India.... after completion of the book I've still good respect on rama except exploitation of forward casts..... ranga nayakamma garu ... you are great.... I'm getting tears of joy about your logic and questions...... so funny I enjoyed a lot... Thank you

I am not an atheist, on the contrary a devout Hindu. Still I recommend this book for every one. One should not attach any religious sentiment while reading this book to understand the critical analysis of the writer. This dispels the myths of religion in its true spirit.
