It is mostly about the history of the boats. It does not analyse the design in enough detail.
I think the tittle is misleading. There is no analysis of the boat designs. It is mostly a historical book.

Aage Nielsen was one of the premier yacht designers of the 20th century and at last we have a book that sets forth both his personal life and professional career in full detail. All of his significant designs are placed in historical context and described in his own exquisite drawings and photographs. Anyone interested in yacht design will enjoy this book thoroughly.

Sehr schöne und sorgfältig erzählte Geschichte über der grosse "unbekannte" dänischer Spitzgatterkonstrukteur
In Dänemark ist Knud Aage Nielsen fast unbekannt, weil er in den USA auswanderte, aber er nahm die Erbe der besten Spitzgattertradition mit sich und machte es sein eigenes Brand.
