Tutu Dreams Halloween Witch Tutu Outfit for Women Free Size Halloween Party Dress Up

I have worn this to two different events. Great colors, great quality and great fit!! I will be wearing it again this Fall! I am completely happy with this purchase!

This tutu is extremely well-made, colorful and fun! It was a huge hit at the Halloween party! REALLY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE! The hat wasn’t the best quality but it was pretty decorated with the tulle and ribbon. It all looked AMAZING!!!

So disappointing! I am thin, but this skirt can wrap around me one and a half times. I’m going to need to figure out how to make that work. The hat is terrible. Again, I’m a small person with a small head and the hat barely fits! It’s made of thin plastic material that’s all wrinkled up. This is my most disappointing purchases I’ve made in a long time.

I was searching online for costume ideas that I could wear in a hot, humid environment that was still kid friendly (I'm a teacher). I wasn't finding the costumes I wanted and this kept catching my eye. I bought it and was surprised at how quickly it arrived. The tulle is a lot shorter than I had expected and the hat as was mentioned before runs small (but it fits my head perfectly). The costume will be perfect for an easy throw on costume with not a lot of effort. I can see myself wearing this for my witch SUP paddles as well. I would purchase this again. The reason for the four stars was the length of the tulle and the hat being a little on the cheap side.

This was a perfect set for a ladies Halloween golf tournament that I played in with my friends! For is perfect as you are able to make the skirt smaller if needed by removing the tule pieces!

The witches hat is cheap and the tulle on the hat looks cheap. The tutu will be ok once I fluff it out. It came all wadded up and it will take time for it to come back into a good shape. I’m a size 16 pant and the tutu fits perfectly. The bow is made from the ends of the ribbon. Overall the tutu is worth the money, but the hat is cheaply made.

This is exactly what I wanted for Halloween this year. I'm going to wear it with a Halloween themed top, black leggings, and Halloween socks. The matching hat is an added bonus and looks great! I'll be wearing a wig as well. The tutu can be adjusted for size by sliding the pieces on the pretty purple satin ribbon. Also really well made - will last for years. I'd say this outfit exceeds my expectations, and I can't wait to wear it!! Highly recommend.

A few modifications and this made the perfect costume for our three little witches!
