Anthony'sOrganic Peeled Tiger Nuts, 12 oz, Raw, Gluten Free, Non GMO, Paleo Friendly

Right out of the bag they are pretty good, if sometimes quite tough (varies from one nut to the next). However, if you soak them in water for a few hours (as the bag suggests) they turn into an absolutely amazing snack. Sweet and crunchy with hints of coconut. It's really hard to believe they have no added sugar and are so healthy, very high in protein, fiber, calcium and iron.

First time trying tiger nuts. I chose this brand because their cocoa powder is excellent quality. These are good. Tasty. And actually start to soften well enough to just eat them after a couple hours in water. I have ordered a 2nd time.

I am a huge fan of tiger nuts and all associated products!! I have significant dietary restrictions so having something like tiger nuts around is huge for me. The only reason I deducted one star is because unfortunately this particular brand often has tiger nuts mixed in that taste very musty/moldy. I have never seen mold on them but the taste is easily identified. I will be contacting the seller to let them know, as otherwise Anthony's is a GREAT brand. Even with this little glitch they are totally worth having around, especially if you are forced to restrict your diet like I am!

If you are looking for a low calorie, healthy, crunchy snack that is naturally sweet, these are great. I learned about these from a book, “Cancer Free With Food.” They are high in antioxidants, iron, and fiber and have low glycemic response.You can make tiger nut milk, flour, and butter from these, but I have tried and recommend buying the product already made. It will save you time and cleanup.

I’ve been enjoying the tiger nut flour from this brand, but the whole peeled nuts must sit on the shelf a lot longer than the flour. These smelled bad right out of the bag, even though the expiration date is still in the future. Of course I tried them just to be sure, and they really upset my stomach. Not good for those of us trying to heal from digestive distress. Plus terrible taste. Flour was fine but these were gross!!

Great nutty flavor to these, but they are really hard to chew right out of the bag. I would highly recommend soaking them first. They are very fibrous. I ordered them for my husband as he loves the Tiger Nut Powders / supplements, and he was looking for an alternative to put in his salads. I'll let him finish the bag. We will need to experiment with it more to determine how best to use it and then decide if we will purchase again.

I really enjoy these! The texture (after soaking) reminds me of Fresh coconut. They are exactly what I was looking for.

These nuts are really crunchy , which I love and have a little sweet taste to them naturally. A good source of protein, vitamins and minerals.
