The camera arrived and it’s really good!

I’ve been using this TONGVEO 4K PTZ camera system for streaming and recording, and it works great with OBS. Setup was simple — OBS recognized the camera immediately, and the video feed came through clean and stable with no weird compatibility issues. The image quality is excellent. The 20x optical zoom stays sharp, and the AI auto‑tracking actually works well for staying centered if you move around. The included Bluetooth speakerphone is a nice bonus for meetings, but it also works fine as a general mic/speaker setup for streaming or calls. Just keep in mind: this system takes up space. The camera itself is a full‑size PTZ unit, and the speakerphone isn’t tiny either. If your desk or studio area is limited, you’ll need to plan where everything goes. Once it’s set up, though, it’s rock‑solid. Smooth pan/tilt, great clarity, and reliable performance in OBS. Purchased this because our Logitech Conference Camera did not provide enough zoom levels and it worked quite well initially. The speakerphone started producing distorted audio after 2 months. TONGVEO support was contacted and we quickly went through a series of troubleshooting. A speakerphone replacement was determined and arrived within 2 days. Overall the experience was good.

Highly recommended! The camera is very clear, the features are comprehensive, and the microphone audio is crisp. It works great for video conferencing. Excellent value for money.

Update: The customer support team did a great job and solved my issue promptly once I got a hold of them. We do love this product. When the product works we loved it. The Problem is we had it for about 70 days and it hasn't worked since. It just blinks alternating blue and green lights. There is not reset button on the back like the documentation states. We have tried everything to bring it back. We have also reached out to service who is non existent. Amazon wasn't helpful as they told us to reach out to the manufacturer.

Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich den Support: Mein Mikrofon war anfangs defekt, und der Kundenservice hat mir innerhalb weniger Tage völlig unkompliziert ein Ersatzgerät geschickt. So wünscht man sich das – klare Kaufempfehlung!

Letztes Jahr habe ich Online-Weiterbildung in Vollzeit gemacht und hätte mir es schon damals kaufen sollen. Ich arbeite aktuell hauptsächlich mit MacMini und er hat sowohl keine Kamera, als auch keinen Mikrofon, nur einen eingebauten Lautsprecher. Bei diesem Kamera-System bekommt man alles inklusive: Kamera, Mikrofon und Lautsprecher. Da ich mit Mac arbeite, war die Einrichtung sehr einfach: die Kamera funktioniert per Plug-and-Play, so dass keine extra Installation von Treiber nötig. Die Bildqualität ist sehr gut und stabil, und das gleiche betrifft die KI-Tracking --- ich habe nichts getan, es hat von sich allein funktioniert. Man kann auch den Hintergrund ganz gut verwischen oder sogar komplett ausblenden. Der Lautsprecher klingt gut, hat gute Lautstärke und ist mit integriertem Mikrofon ausgestattet. Die Verbindung läuft über Bluetooth, USB oder Dongle(wurde mitgeliefert). Mit Fernbedienung lässt sich die Kamera steuern, ohne dass ich Treiber installiert habe. Die Halterung für fixe Montage ist auch dabei, wenn man sie braucht. Ein gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, gute Kamera und Bildqualität.

Für eine bevorstehende Konferenz mit 10 Personen stand ich vor der Herausforderung, ein geeignetes Kamera- und Mikrofonsystem zu finden. Die Freisprechfunktion funktionierte einwandfrei und ermöglichte es allen Teilnehmern, sich frei zu äußern, ohne ständig ein Mikrofon weiterreichen zu müssen. Insgesamt bietet das TONGVEO All-in-1 Konferenzraum-Kamera-System eine hervorragende Kombination aus Qualität und Preis. Für unseren Konferenzraum waren wir auf der Suche nach einem moderneren Equipment. Die Wahl fiel auf dieses System, da hier alles dabei war: Das Mikrofon ist frei im Raum positionierbar und enthält auch einen Lautsprecher. Sinniger Weise wird es auf einem Tisch positioniert, dann können sich alle Beteiligten drum herum gruppieren. Es sind mehrere Mikrofone verbaut, bei den ersten Gesprächen mit Kunden wurde uns bestätigt, dass auch bei mehreren Personen im Raum die Stimmen gut aufgenommen werden. Das Mikrofon kann wahlweise per Bluetooth/ Dongle oder USB Kabel mit der Kamera verbunden werden. Insbesondere Bluetooth macht es so sehr flexibel. Die Kamera ist das eigentliche Herzstück und lässt sich justieren. Eine Wandhalterung ist mit dabei, so kann sie überall installiert werden. Idealer weise wird sie unter/ über den Monitor installiert, denn da guckt man bei einer Videokonferenz ja hin und "sieht" dem anderen Teilnehmer so direkt an. Die Auflösung ist sehr gut und die Installation/ Inbetriebnahme war einfach. Dabei ist noch eine Fernbedienung mit den wichtigsten Funktionen. Zusammenfassend sind wir sehr zufrieden, für geringes Geld bekommt man hier ein vollwertiges Video Konferenz System.

Ich betreibe ein kleines Unternehmen. Ab und zu kommt es vor, dass ich mit mehreren Mitarbeitern gemeinsam einen Konfernzcall machen möchte. Bisher haben wir uns mit einer Jabra und einer normale Logitech C920 beholfen. Bei gewissen Gruppen kommen die beiden Geräte aber schon an ihre Grenze. Demnach war ich auf der Suche nach einem Konferenzsystem. Ziel war, dass is < 500€ kostet. Aufgrund der Rezensionen habe ich das TONGVEO System gewählt. Vorteile: - Sehr hoch auflösende Kamera (deutlich besser als die Logitech) - Kamera steuerbar über Fernbedienung (Bewegung, Zoom,....) - Positionen vordefinierbar - viele Anschlussmöglichkeiten (siehe Bild) - Bluetoothbox unabhängig von Kamera verwendbar - Verwendung der Box via Bluetooth aber auch analog - hohe & klare Lautstärke und sehr gute Mikrofonqualität (deutlich besser als die Jabra) - Plug and Play Inbetriebnahme Nachteil: - Keine automatische Personenerkennung (vermutlich aber auch nicht zu erwarten bei dem Preis & dadurch das Kamera und Box unabhängig agieren) In Summe ein sehr gutes System. Ich werde es im neuen Jahr in den ersten Konferenzen nutzen.
