I love this stuff! It is awesome and my skin has cleared up from my B deficiency. I also noticed I’m calmer when I take it regularly so the formula works! It also doesn’t taste and smell awful like regular animal-derived B complex. I love that it is vegetarian for this reason and will continue to order this.

Hi, I have been using this specific brand and Vitamin for about 9 months now.I tried it the first time only because it was on sale at a local market. It was a good deal. I did not do any research on it, because I have taken B-complex before and I have always felt better when taking it.This vitamin is a lot better than your regular B-complex. Now I have compared them to find out why I feel so calm and energized when I take them. These have a larger quantity of vitamins and in addition have herbs which also help with stress.I highly recommend them to anyone...especially anyone in frequent stressful situations, like me. I have been struggling to keep a job the past year, am a single mom and have a teenager at home. I have never exercised in my life, but since taking these I have felt motivated enough to actually start learning yoga, and me and my kids have joined the YMCA.

No strong aftertaste like many other B complex products, and it appears to work based on a condition that has been greatly improved, and has shown over the years to be helped by a good quality B vitamin complex. After "shopping around," I've come back to Pioneer and suspect I'll be here to stay for the foreseeable future. Excellent quality products overall.

Good product, aside from the glaring decision to use folic acid instead of a safer and more easily absorbed folate ("metafolate" for example). I can tell, otherwise, and by looking at the ingredients, that this is an effective product and the "stress formula" is not simply blind marketing.

There are many B supplements on the market, but this brand & version surpasses them all! I take 1 in the am and 1 in the pm. After a few months my energy was great! Does not keep me awake nor give me jitters. But if I run out of this stuff, in a weeks time I can tell it has left my system. I try to always reorder before I get too low. Not a overpowering shot of B12, just a perfect blend of all of the most necessary B's! Will never stray from this brand or product!

This product was originally purchased for our daughter who is a gymnast. She tends to be a little low on B vitamins. This product helps her to maintain her energy throughout her 4 hour daily practice without getting thoroughly exhausted. It is by no means a stimulant, but works with the body. We love this product!
