This was a gift for my 3rd grade grandson who is obsessed with penguins. He read until finished, stopping only to say, "Did you know...?" Excellent choice for non-fiction!

This goes along with Eve of the Emperor Penguin Magic Tree House book. Perfect suppliment for our unit on Antarctica and penguins!

Concise, readable factual information about Antarctica and penguins. You don't have to be familiar with the preceding Tree House book. Perfect for a nice book report for 10 year old. The combo of drawings and pictures is nice.
