Like other Crocs, there is limited arch support however because your feet can plummet into the soft material, you feel more supported than say, ballet flats. I love the strap. Because of the shape, these look a little like Mary Jane’s or ballet flats depending on how you wear them. I would definitely buy again. Sizing: I wore 8.5 most of my life, but at the end of my teaching career switched to 9’s because of being on on my feet. Now I wear 9’s. I feel these are slightly too big when I wear the shoes in ballet flat mode (strap behind) but perfect when I wear them Mary Jane style. They do not fall off of my feet either way, it just feels like I should be careful with the strap behind. Not a big enough problem for me, but might make a difference to someone borderline like me.
