what is the username and password

There is not a default username/password combo in the usual sense. By default, for the first 15 minutes after powering up, you can connect to the management wifi (SSID will be something like NBE-5AC-Gen2:XXXXXXXXXXXX, with the MAC address in place of the XXXXXXXXXXXX (printed on the device and box if you're concerned about connecting to a rogue device) There is an iPhone app, but I found connecting with a laptop is easier. Connect to the above SSID, and open a browser tab to: https://192.168.172.1 You will be prompted to pick your country, and other configuration choices. At this point you can choose your user/password combination. If you need to, you can always power cycle the device to get access to the management interface, and there is a reset button between the two network ports on the device you can hold for > 10 seconds if you need to start over from scratch. Having a clear sight between both antenna, what is max distance this 2 antenna can operated?

It depends on more than just distance. Also at greater distances, bandwidth will drop, so what is an acceptable bandwidth for you? Urban areas will have more interference than rural areas, Fresnel zones matter, sturdy mounts matter. I've had acceptable bandwidth at 3/4 of a mile, maybe 180 Mbps aggregate, with no fresnel zone issues on a clear day in a suburban area.

Does this 2 pack come with the poe power injectors?

Yes it does. Cord and PoE injector.

Are these managed by the controller just like the APs?

No, The Unifi software does not work with the NanoBeams. The NanoBeams have a separate controller software or are managed directly by web GUI or CLI.
