KPKitchen Silicone Mini Muffin Pan

I got these so quickly and they are exactly what I want. I have not used them yet but I can't wait to try them. They will clean up really easily too. I like that these are a set of a mini size as well as a full-size cupcake pan UPDATE (6/11/2017) I finally used these muffin/cupcake baking set! Upgrading the stars too! I used both sizes of the cupcake/mini muffin baking pans. I placed each "tin" on a cookie sheet to make handling them within the context of a hot oven easier (and less painful) These are SUPERB baking pans. Not only do they release the muffins and mini-muffins easily, they are sturdy enough not to flip up or lift as I tried to get the hot muffins out. I wound up using a spoon to help me release each muffin without destroying each on. Worked perfectly. The clean-up was super easy. I rinsed them under running water and now have them in the dishwasher. These baking pans get warm but not as warm as metal or glass would be when taking them out. However do be careful how you handle them when taking them out of the oven. You can burn yourself. These are so much better than I hoped!

These muffin pans are nice. I bought a set for my sister and let her be the Guinea Pig. She loved them and said the muffins came out perfectly and were so easy to remove from the pan. I continued to use the old metal pans for awhile but ultimately decided I deserved great silicone pans too. I read the reviews and examined the pans closely when they arrived. They were perfect. I followed all the directions, spraying the pan with cooking oil and placing them on a cookie sheet. The cupcakes came out perfectly. I waited for them to cool before removing from the pan. Just push up gently on the bottom of the pan to release the cupcake. It comes out cleanly. The pans are so easy to hand wash but they can be put in the dishwasher. I like that I no longer have to bake cupcakes in paper holders that are messy to pull off and leave crumbs everywhere. These cup cakes can be placed into paper holders after they are removed from the silicone pans but it isn't necessary.

I make egg bites over the weekend for the following week's breakfast. I used to use other muffin tins, but I had to use non stick spray after a while to get the egg bites out once they were done cooking. With this product, I don't have to use spray and they easily pop out. Clean up is super easy and you can wash it in the dishwasher. I decided to get this since my other muffin tins were starting to rust and I really wanted to avoid nonstick spray as much as possible. You definitely need to put this item on a sheet pan when baking so you have something sturdy to take it out with. I did have to increase the baking time of my egg bites though. So far I am very happy with this product and would recommend anyone to give it a try.

This mini muffin tray worked great, but unfortunately the bag came completely opened and since the paper wrappers weren't also wrapped, I didn't feel comfortable using them (who knows what type of environment these are stored in before being shipped). I was able to wash the muffin tray in the dishwasher before using it and felt fine about that. Much like other silicone trays, these aren't solid enough to hold with one hand - so I always use a cookie sheet to help with putting these in and out of the oven. I used them to make mini-cinnamon buns and they came right out the silicone without needing any cooking spray or paper (although there was plenty of butter in the buns)!

These mini muffin cups are fantastic. Non-stick, even without any oiling. I bake a lot of muffins as I own a CFO business, and I use the mini pans for my samples. Yes, you need to put something solid under them, like a cookie sheet or sheet pan, but that should be obvious to anyone before using them since they are flexible. I can pick them up from the short edges once the muffins are baked to transfer the whole pan to a cooling rack, but definitely don't try that with liquid batter in them. I was even able to get lemon muffins to brown on the bottom, which I've never been able to do with silicone before. Cleanup is easy, and I can flex them to dip in sanitizing solution before air drying. I'm buying the regular size next!

Better than most other silicone bakeware I have used. It's easier to clean, and doesn't seem to end up with an impossible to remove greasy residue. Muffins/cupcakes pop out nicely. Just put it on a cookie sheet to use. The size of the cups is quite small, though. I personally would prefer them a little bigger, but they seem pretty standard. (1-15/16" diameter at the top, 1-5/16" at the bottom, and 3/4" deep, with a capacity of just under 2 tablespoons level.) If the size is right, I recommend it.

I love this so much!! I use it to bake little bites for my baby and they’re the perfect size and they cook so nicely in this tray. They pop right out after the bake. The best part is that I finally found a safe nonstick baking product for my family. I’m so happy with this purchase.

Updated Review: After using these for a while, I have noticed that there is a mild but noticeable flavor to all of the muffins I bake in these pans. The non-stick quality also seems greatly diminished after several uses. I have to grease the pans every time now, and the muffins often still stick somewhat. I would need to use paper liners to avoid that. And cleanup is a pain because these are so flexible that it's hard to scrub them. While I liked the idea at first, I am now planning on going back to non-stick metal pans, which have always worked well for me. Original Review: Exactly what I needed. This set comes with a mini muffin tray and a regular muffin tray. The silicone passes the pinch test. I made muffins without liners or cooking spray, and they popped out easily. You can use cooking spray to be extra sure they don't stick, if you want. Note that because these are flexible silicone, you need to place the tray on a baking pan for stability. I think the price is great for the quality and the fact that it's a set of two.

Did a cold, no bake chocolate peanut butter oatmeal Cup, turned out great, so easy to push the oatmeal down into the cup, pour chocolate over top, froze them, pop right out...easy to clean...5 star

Works just as well as my very expensive Michael's silicone. However, this does seem flimsy. The butter tarts baked and removed correctly but the longevity is questionable. One over dried raisin might puncture it. Still going to use it and love just for the less me and waste of stuck crust. Probably great for chocolate and mousse balls.

I ordered the silicone muffin pan set, it was advertised as a 12 and 24 muffin pan that came with paper liners. Instead it came with 2 of the 24 muffin pans, and no paper liners. The muffin pans feel flimsy. Unsatisfied with purchase.
