Definitely worth reading if you’re trying reverse psoriasis.
Book covers a lot of great information.. it is a short book and easy to follow. I do love that the author was a sufferer and so determined to be healed from it that she became an ND. (My favorite books on health are those written by people who were suffering and forged their own path to recovery, often times doing the exact opposite of what their doctor recommended. The worst books seem to be written by MDs). I do wonder if she wrote this book today (Nov. 2023) if she would have talked about Leaky Gut Syndrome or avoiding Nightshade..??

Dangerous pseudoscience.
I couldn't go any further than a few pages. The author is not a doctor and has little to no medical rationale for any of her statements. Her suggestion for monitoring oneself with her prescribed "pulse test" really tried my patience. Pseudoscience is infuriating! As a retired nurse, I was shocked to my core that someone would pass themselves off as knowing anything about immunology and how diet pertains to the immune system's triggers.Don't bother.

Psoriasis
It will take 6 mos before results week be totally noticeable after following the recommended protocol for psoriasis in this book. That being said, you can see the start of results in 2 weeks. This book makes sense more than steroids and pine tar.
