How is the vibration? Will it make my hand numb after a short while?

I used mine off and on over four hours cutting Honeysuckle. No numbness. But I used the RS582901, which has the 1 1/4 inch stroke.

Can this use a powercore 20 5ah battery with skil powercore 20 jigsaw which comes with a 2ah battery?
