We love it.
My son is a teenager, 14, diagnosed as authentic and nonverbal. He grinds his teeth and makes white noises. He has been using the Joyreal Oral Motor Stimulator, mostly the elephant detachable part. He holds it on his jaw, on the outside of his lower lip and under his chin, and he likes to listen to the different vibrations when he holds it close to his ear. I’m not sure what it all does for him, but he seems to enjoy it.

Great motor skill kit
Brilliant oral stimulation kit by Joyreal! This stimulation kit is made of soft silicon that is scientifically designed to help sensitivity in the mouth which is really good, it has 4 progressive vibration modes with 7 different interchangeable heads that target different areas in the mouth which i find is really important for motor training in the mouth. The handle is nice and soft and is also rechargeable which is really good and is nice and lightweight, very easy to hold and put to the mouth.I really like how the silicone is food grade standard and is very easy to clean, also the full kit comes with a carry case for easy storage and transport. Great quality and great value for money -I highly recommend. Thank you.

Unsure But Hopeful About This Tool
I recently received the Joyreal Oral Motor Stimulation Kit. My son is autistic and non-verbal, and I’m still figuring out how effective this will be for him. The kit comes with 7 interchangeable textured heads and 4 vibration modes, designed to help with feeding, phonation, muscle strength, and sensory calming.I haven’t had much experience with this type of tool before, so I’m still learning how best to use it with him. It seems well-made and versatile, and I’m hopeful it could be a helpful addition to his speech therapy and sensory exercises.

Rechargeable and LED battery display
The Joyreal oral motor kit is an excellent resource for supporting speech and sensory development. Featuring seven interchangeable silicone heads, it stimulates different oral areas like the tongue and gums. With four progressive vibration modes and the clear LED battery display, it offers a reliable way to tailor training to a child's comfort level. It is a durable and high-quality set made from food-grade materials that withstand regular cleaning. This rechargeable kit is a practical and portable tool for parents and therapists wanting to improve muscle strength and feeding confidence. Fair price for quality set.

Relatively mild stimulation.
My swallow function was damaged by intensive radiotherapy treatment some years ago. Since then I have tried various means of improving, or at least maintaining my oral motor abilities, so that eating and drinking can be as manageable as possible.I have used TENS-like equipment in the past, which I found to be beneficial and this oral motor stimulation kit works on a similar principle, although the level of stimulation is relatively mild by comparison, although this piece of kit does allow it to be used directly inside the mouth. The quality is good and, with food grade materials being used, there are no toxicity concerns. There are seven silicone tips that can be attached to main body of the appliance. Each is shaped differently and works better at stimulating various parts of the mouth. The instructions give suggestions as to which is likely to work best in which area. The level of stimulation can also be adjusted via a button on the main unit. The unit is also rechargeable, so you will not have to worry about the ongoing cost of replacing disposable batteries.I hope you find these comments helpful.

Not Suitable for Autistic Sensory Seeking or Crisis Management/Regulation. Not Durable Enough.
Not durable, but good vibration options and rechargeable is really nice. I have a different brand I use at school as a teacher that needs batteries and they need to be changed so often I had to buy rechargable batteries, so this is definitely a lot better for that. The vibration options are soft steady, medium steady, a pulsating vibration between soft and medium, and then a harder, faster steady vibration. I liked all the different head attachments, my son preferred the Y shaped one.The biggest problem is it is not durable for sensory use for a child in crisis or a calm down strategy. It may work well for speech therapy and stimulation in that way, but not for autistic children that seek vibration at the jaw. It is not durable enough. My son had it for less than 24 hours and pulled the entire front panel off off of it and bit the bottom where the charger would go in. He was using it to try to calm down then just suddenly flipped it around and bit the other end. It instantly snapped. So the plastic used and the white cover over the battery are not durable for biting, on an object a child is biting on.TLDR: Great for therapy, very young children. Not good for autistic sensory input or child in crisis needing to regulate. Also not good for any child with a decent bite strength (I would guess above 5 years old).

Must Have
LOVE this product. Comes in a nice carrying case for the attachments and charger. I prefer USB charging over batteries (other brands have specialty batteries that aren't available in stores). But also I dont have to worry about the compartment opening and the batteries coming out with my little one. The power button does have to be pushed pretty hard to change settings but my son can't accidentally turn it off so it makes sense. It has several vibrating settings and intensity. Highly recommended!
