Fine Quality. Noticeably Fresh and Aromatic
Very impressed with the quality of this saffron. The threads are vibrant, aromatic, and a little goes a long way. I’ve used it in rice and tea, and the flavor and color were excellent. Fresh, authentic, and well packaged. Would definitely buy again.

Fresh, colorful, and delicious!
I have used this for a paella, to add flavor to rice, and to enhance the taste of a soup made from Manchego cheese, and it has not been a disappointment. It's one of those spices I was hesitant to buy because of the relatively high cost per ounce, but it is used so sparingly that it might last a year, making it a good value. Rich warm smell and potent taste, and the jar is very pretty!

Seems to be real authentic saffron. Come s in a glass jar with a tight lid to keep it fresh.

Best is airtight glass jars or metal tins!
The saffron itself might be real, but the plastic packaging ruined it. It absorbed a strong plastic/electronic smell that affected both aroma and taste. For such a delicate and premium spice, glass or metal packaging should be used. Very disappointing.
