Flimsy plastic
The entire dispenser is plastic - don't assume as I did that the head is "chrome" -- it's flimsy chrome-colored plastic and I anticipate a very short lifespan.The pump flange doesn't cover the rubber washer so it's visible where it sits on the sink surface. The pump head wobbles. A very low standard for American Standard.
