Review: Perfect squat machine! - I am so happy with this squat machine! For the price, it feels incredibly sturdy and well made. It was easy to assemble, doesn’t take up much space, and fits perfectly in our home. I love that it has adjustable height and resistance levels so I can customize the workout. It really helps guide proper squat form and I can definitely feel it targeting my glutes, legs, and core. The added resistance bands are a great bonus for upper body work too. It feels stable while using it and gives a solid workout without needing bulky equipment. Highly recommend if you want an affordable, space-saving option for leg and glute workouts at home!
Review: Not too bad for building up strength to do unassisted squats - Bit annoying to put together, but if you follow the instructions, the assembly isn't too bad. When I do squats without using this machine, I have an issue with my ankles not pivoting well which prevents me from doing deep squats. Using this, I can do squats without any pain in my ankles. I don't know if it really trains proper form since it requires your butt to hang out pretty far in more of a sitting position and I wind up getting more intensity near my knees instead of my thighs and glutes. The resistance straps are fairly light resistance, at least for me, I have used heavier in my physical therapy. Using the bands with the squat portion of the machine doesn't feel like it adds anything, but you could always use it separatly for a different set of exercises, or attach different ones if you have them. I'm tall, 6' 2", so maybe if I adjust it to a smaller height on the machine, I can get a deeper squat with it and that would allow me to hit the right muscle groups. I would say for someone that doesn't have the strength to do an unassisted squat then this could be a useful machine to help build up some of that strength. Even though I have had training with deadlifts, I find I can still get a burn from using this machine on its highest setting. Overall, it isn't a bad value for the price.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Good idea, but not enough resistance

I’ve used this squat machine a couple of times and have mixed feelings. Assembly took me about 45 minutes to an hour, but it does come with all the tools you need, which was helpful. Once put together, it feels fairly sturdy, and I like the back rollers — they feel comfortable and make the movement smoother. You do have to stand on the base plate while using it to keep it stable, which isn’t a big deal but is worth noting. My main issue is the resistance. Even with all three bands attached, it doesn’t provide much of a challenge. The bands just aren’t strong enough, and the exercises feel very easy, especially if you’re used to traditional weights or stronger resistance bands. Overall, it’s decent for beginners or very light workouts, but in my opinion, it’s not worth what it’s being sold for given the limited resistance.
