I purchased 3 of these for my 3 cats bc I need the feeders to keep the same time. I was concerned initially bc the product in the reviews is not the product listed. But seeing as I have spent literally hundreds of dollars on feeders over the years, I was willing to take a chance on this one for $19.59 a piece & returns available. I am so glad I did! Assembly was easy, instructions are clear, screen is clear, it stays programmed, clocks are staying in sync, portion sizes are appropriate, no unnecessary beeps, cats can't easily reprogram, break into or knock over. Sooo nice! Additional info: comes with cord but no wall plug (usb) 10 sec record Up to 4 meals Not sure how many portions this goes up to but 5 portions = 1/4 c Cleaning seems to be the same as any other feeder. My ONLY complaint is that I initially had trouble getting the lid off bc apparently the screen door for the freshness pouch was open & got caught on the bowl packed inside so it wouldn't twist. Just flip it upside down & try to twist it that way. Shake it if you need to. So far I love these feeders so much I am considering buying a few more in case these break.

This automatic feeder is pretty easy to operate, the voice recording option is cute, and it is built well with both a power cord and backup battery power and a desiccant pouch on the lid to keep kibble dry inside. You will need a USB plug-in block for the wall (not included) unless you are plugging it directly into a USB port for power. You will also need D batteries (3) for the optional backup power — when it is unplugged, programmed meals seem to stay in the system, but the current time resets to 00:00 once you plug it back in. I don’t believe D batteries are mentioned anywhere in the listing though. For me, the only downside is that I’m feeding large dogs with PurinaOne kibble, the kind that has the meaty chunks, which I didn’t think about. The machine does struggle to push these pieces out so it might end up having to be our cat’s feeder instead. Not the product’s fault though.

The valve on the bottle neck doesn't let air in, to let water out. So, it doesn't even distribute water and do the ONLY thing it has to do. I wouldn't buy this product, since they haven't figured out how to make it work properly. We use these tools to help keep our animals alive while away. But...if you can't trust the product to do what it's meant to do.....

We were looking for a new water bowl for our kittens and found this one at a good price and it works flawlessly. You won’t be disappointed.

Holds good amounts of food and water so we can go on trips with no worries.

They were just as described but the do tend to tip over fairly easily. Not a bad product other than the tipping over.

Very sturdy and big enough for my 2 cats to drink at once!
