I recently purchased 2 ANRAN wired security lights from Amazon. While the manual was quite good, I had a problem inserting the SD Card. I used Amazon’s seller contact tool provided on my order page to ask the seller for help. I really wasn’t expecting a reply but received a reply the next day. I was supplied a helpful video showing the correct way to install the card. The manual has a drawing picturing the SD Card with an arrow that I incorrectly thought was the front of the card. The picture in the manual is quite small resulting in my overlooking the nipple on the side of the card. After a closer inspection of said picture, I could see I had been inserting the card backwards. The card went in nicely once I had turned it in the correct direction.This is the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. To receive a response and provide a solution this quickly deserves a 5 star rating. And, although I have only had the cameras a short time, I am more than satisfied with their quality and performance. If you have a place to mount your camera with a wired solution, these cameras are quite affordable.Thank you ANRAN customer servive for your quick response and help in providing me with a solution to my problem.

Camera set up and installation was fairly easy. I installed it about 10 feet high above the front door under my entry porch and installed the 12v power supply in the electrical box the camera is mounted onto. Much better angle of view than any doorbell camera! The app is very user-friendly, easy to navigate and the camera connected to my 2.4g wifi channel on first try, using a QR code. The mouning location is a good ways away from my router, but the connection still shows at 68% signal strength. Picture quality is clear and sharp and the live feed loads as soon as I open the app. I'm using an SD card for alarm recording and playback is fast and clear. Motion detection notifications are spot-on and I rarely get any false notifications since I'm blocking any waving tree branches from the detection field. I have disabled the pan and motion tracking feature because I'm afraid of getting the camera stuck in a position that I don't want it facing. However, the field of vision is wide enough so I don't really need to pan the camera.. I've experimented with various brands of wireless WiFi cameras and this is by far the best one at a reasonable price. Definitely recommended 👍🏼

Reading the reviews on this camera, I didn’t know if I would like this camera or not. I bought this camera when Amazon had it marked down really low for 2 hrs. I installed this cameras myself, I didn’t have a problem downloading the app thats needed to work the cameras. The instruction says not to have the cameras in direct sunlight. My camera I have in the back of my house, I had know choice but to place it in direct sunlight. It’s been about 3 weeks now, so far no Issues. I didn’t like the tracking on the camera, I turned off the tracking, I also turned off the notifications in the daytime and resumes it at nighttime. The cameras video is very clear, much better then I thought it would be. I love my cameras, I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.

This camera will store my videos to a local storage card so I don't have to pay extra for cloud storage. It uses MicroSD for local storage. I purchased a small Ring model previously and I have to pay 3 per month for data storage.This camera's video is so much sharper than other cameras I bought. It's also track able and can follow a person or you can track the camera yourself by swiping up/down/left/right.Night vision is excellent and it will also turn on a light when there is movement which will then film in color for you. Or turn off the light and film using infrared which is so much clearer than other cameras I have tried. The camera notifies me whenever there is movement. (can turn this feature on or off)This camera has two antennae and WIFI is excellent. If I get another camera this is exactly the one that I will purchase.UPDATE: I thought my camera quit working and contacted support. They got right back to me quickly and resolved my problem. Great customer support. This camera and these guys are good.

GREAT CAMERA, AMAZING PICTURE QUALITY, CLEAR AUDIO AND EXCELLENT OPTIONS FOR YOUR PERSONALIZED SETTINGS. ALERTS YOU WHEN THERE IS MOTION DETECTION. THE SPOTLIGHT IS NICE AND BRIGHT AND CAMERA WILL FOLLOW YOU AROUND UNTIL YOU ARE OUT OF SIGHT. I HAVE BEEN IMPRESSED WITH THIS CAMERA AND THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS AMAZING ALSO. HAD A HICCUP WITH MY OUT DOOR CAMERA AND THEY WERE QUICK AND RESPONSIVE TO MY ISSUE AND HELPED ME GET IT GOING. THEIR APP IS EASY TO USE TO NAVIGATE THROUGH. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS READILY AVAILABLE AND QUICK TO RESPOND. I WILL BE BUYING MORE PRODUCTS FROM ANRAN.

First off...the camera itself was great when it worked. After a week, I started having a lot of issues with it and "connection lost" when trying to view on the app. Im not sure if it was an issue with the camera, or the app itself but after reaching out to them to advise them on the situation they tried a variety of things to try and get my camera back online...to no avail. So when they couldn't get the camera back online, they decided to send me out another one. No hassle at all. It literally arrived 2 days later. Customer service went above and beyond, thank you!

Mi sistema nvr anran no me detecta la camara, lo he tenido que conectar con la app anran sin poder incluir esta camara con el resto. Decir que la calidad de la imagen es muy buena asi como el resto de funciones, como el seguimiento de personas.

Ich habe bereits drei Kameras der gleichen Sorte. Ich kann mich überhaupt nicht beschweren und bin voller Lobes über das Gerät und über die App. Man kann sämtliche Funktion an der App einstellen, die Kamera ist zuverlässig und es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, montaggio falice, app per gestirla molto intuitiva, immagini chiare e nitide anche di notte. In generale ottimo prodotto.
