Fun product, great customer service, watch out on wood floors
This is a great product for kids with sensory issues. My daughter used one in early intervention as a toddler and loved it but I forgot about them until recently. She's now been diagnosed with ADD and sensory problems so I tried this out. Both my kids (5 and 8) loved it! They were laughing hysterically for like a half hour taking turns with it. A few things to note tho, the main issue was that it arrived with some stains on the back and some ripping along the seams which was disappointing for this price point. Also be aware that this is slippery material that covers their legs and feet, so if you have hardwood floors it's not going to end well... (I'm only letting my kids use it on the carpet as we've had plenty of injuries on the wood floors just with regular non-grip socks...!). The snaps are hard to open, they need some force to pull them apart and the first time I tried, it snapped back and hurt my finger, so little kids will need help opening and closing it. A zipper or Velcro might be a better option. Overall it's a fun activity and great for sensory seekers and ADHD, but other kids would probably enjoy as well. (In EI they did say all of the toddlers either loved it or hated it but my kids love it!)**Update: contacted seller with the issues and quickly received a message back with an apology and partial refund. I will be giving it another try and buying a second bag. Adding back a star for great customer service **

MUST HAVE!!!!!!
The media could not be loaded. Perfect for your little sensory seeker. We got this yesterday in the mail from Amazon and it worked great for my son. For a reference, we got a medium. He is 4 foot three and about 90 pounds. He is six years old. He loves it. He says it makes him feel good. And it helps with overstimulation. He wouldn’t take it. He had it for hours. And as soon as he woke up, he wanted to put it on again lol definitely worth the $20.

HUGE SUCCESS
I have a 9 yr old with diagnosed ADHD and taking daily meds. Well by the time he gets home from school the meds have worn off and sometimes he has pent up energy or just needs to decompress from being stimulated all day. Enter this sock thingy. I actually got it for him for his birthday and it was probably his most favorite gift. He couldn't WAIT to put it on. We actually had to make him take it off/get out of it so we could eat supper. I know it's pricey but I am so happy with the results that it's worth it. It's VERY well made and the snaps are very secure. Test of time will tell overall quality but I'm 100 percent satisfied.

Good stretch...not sure it calms my kids
My kids love it...but they use it more for a toy than a breather to calm down. My oldest likes to wander the house wearing it and dancing around...which has cause a few accidents. We've discussed it's purpose and they like the idea. All of my kids use it now for "alone" time. We made a rule that if someone is wearing it, we leave them alone. That's been really helpful. It's stretchy and the buttons will pop off for sure soon, so maybe a zipper would be better.

It's like a gentle hug when my kiddo needs calm!
I sew, but it would be more expensive for the fabric, snaps, and my time to make one of these myself. The sizing chart helped with the perfect fit for my small 8yo ADHD kiddo (go by height, not age). He loves disappearing into his sensory sack when he's feeling overwhelmed. We keep this in a bin with other sensory/calming/meditating tools, and this is his go-to.We've had to establish ground/safety rules when it's being used (ie no taking toys inside the sack with you, no climbing the ladder to the bunk bed when it's on, not engaging with brother while using the sack/this is your calming time, etc).My munchkin loves rolling around on the floor, and I'll watch him repeatedly "starfish" to achieve the feeling of resistance against his hands and feet. He'll utilize the sack for about 10-15 minutes before he emerges calm and renewed. An amazing tool for self-calming! Glad we discovered this.
