Cool keyboard, great thocky sound, nice weight

This keyboard is EASILY THE BEST ON EART H TODAY. Simply WOW. I love every square centimeter of this MASTERPIECE of a automation workflow BRILLIANT product!!!! I will say that the numerical keypad is a must for those who have decades of experience, but you can buy a white (or whatever) bluetooth standalone to still get those keys. BUT, THIS KEYBOARD has ZERO COMPLAINTS FROM me and IT IS A MUST. Everyone in their right minds GET THIS KEYBOARD SOME TIME BETWEEN NOW AND NOW. Take time to load that KUHZILLION of awesome things it can do. I cannot get enough of it. It is ergonomically comfortable and feels and looks and sounds great. VERY VERY THRILLED CUSTOMER HERE. Y'all make THE BEST PRODUCTS EVER. WOW RAISED TO THE 1000TH EXPONENT. Use with the M18 and you have a space shuttle cockpit sky's the limit!

Good try, but it could be better. The minor issue first. I dont know if I got an open box product or what, but there was no manual or USB cord in the box. Manual I can download, the cable was more irritating as I dont really keep extras so, I had to go buy a long one before I could use my new item. Now, the keyboard itself is pretty nice, although I would probably like it if it had 9 keys rather than 6 just so I could have the full complement of the keys that are on a regular full size minus the num pad, but thats not a huge issue, my only thing is that to me, it feels kind or cheap and sounds kinda cheap. If they had used a metal plate inside and the sound dampening to make it more 'Thockey' I'd be in heaven, Dont get me wrong, I;m going to use it, I like it, Im just saying it could use some improvements, ones that I will most likely make myself to get it to where I want it. Overall, I do like it a lot and the on-board buttons are handy, but I still use my M18 for most things. I am looking forward to the next iteration of this product if there is one.. ap please, implement some quality control so that users get their cables and manuals, other than that, keep up the good work, I'll be looking for more VSDInside products. (Looking at the 18 button one or the new one with 4 knobs and the touch screen)

This Is A Chinese Patented Keyboard, VSDinside Bought Them And Put There Brand Name On It, After Using The Keyboard & A Replacement, It Has Some Serious Issues, The RGB Lighting On The Keyboard Is Faulty And Only The Bottom Row Lights Up At Times, The USB-C Port Is Loose And It Frequently Disconnects From You’re PC, The Keyboard Power Will Flicker Because Of This. The Keyboard Refuses To Stay Lit, After 1-2 Minutes Of Inactivity It Goes To Sleep, There’s No Way To Change This, If You Wanted To Buy This Keyboard, I Understand The LCD Macro Pad Is Cool, But It’s Not Worth They Keyboard Itself Not Functioning Correctly. I Had Numerous Conversations With There Support, They Are Also Not Helpful.
