Love It!
Purchased after experiencing one night of discomfort during sex. (I’m 45 years old and do not typically have issues with moisture down there.) It felt like my insides were thinner and full of little tears during sex, so I purchased this product thinking the problem would continue. I used it twice. The 1st time, I used it the night before I had sex. I inserted it before bedtime. The next day, I felt like the inside of my vagina was restored. It didn’t feel super wet, but just refreshed and supple, if that makes sense. When I had sex that next night, things were back to normal and I felt no discomfort. The 2nd time, I used it the same day that I had sex, instead of at bedtime. Bad move! There was a nasty odor during sex. Ewwww. This product works great, but be sure to take it the night before sex, NOT the day of - AND be sure to take it before bedtime, so it has time to fully dissolve and be absorbed. Luckily, my well has not yet run dry, so I don’t need it at this time. But, I will definitely be using it in the future, when the time is right. If I ever have issues with dryness or irritation I will have NO PROBLEM paying for this amazing product. Works wonders!!

Fast Acting. No Mess. No Fuss.
This product is a-m-a-z-i-n-g. It's easy to use, conforms to your body, and works ASAP. The suppository is very easy to handle. No mess, no fuss! The med that my doctor prescribed was literally worthless. The applicator wasn't body friendly. It very expensive and messy.

Great
This product really works as described. When I 1st inserted it I felt some tingling and a little burning but by morning that had gone away and the relief was amazing,I think we take for granted the feeling down there until you hit menopause and you realize something is different that dryness is terrible. Although pricey I think it's worth spending that on yourself. if you have vaginal dryness this is the product for you.

Where's The Applicator?
The product works well but it is very difficult to use. There are no applicators that you can purchase to fit this item. the best one can do is use a medical glove and is very uncomfortable. You should use it at bedtime and not get up after inserting. Use a mini pad at night. It melts quickly and yes, as others have noted it is a bit sticky or greasy feeling, and yes you will get relief if used as directed.I choose relief of discomfort but want to know if anyone found an applicator to fit this. Also, maybe if enough people go to the website and request an applicator maybe the manufacturer will listen????

MOISTURE
Love the way it makes me feel during sex. Not a tacky or sticky feeling. Nor is there an odor, taste (per my man), or clumps like with replense product

Icky, and so inconvenient, awful for breast cancer /chemo dryness
Let me first say, I can't believe one second this product was made by women. The simple fact it doesn't come with an applicator and they tell you just grab your fingers and shove this as deep as you can is frankly such a man thing to say, and completely defeats the purpose. If you're like me, a young survivor of breast cancer, and chemo/oopherectomy has trashed your insides, fingers is not an option it hurts so bad. That's why I need the damn product in the first place. The suppository is quite big, and despite the fact I have like 4 different applicators at home, it didn't fit any of them (and of course it doesn't tell you anywhere what kind of applicator you should buy for it to fit, giving you absolutely no choice in the matter). This may sound silly but for those of us who have gone through breast cancer, this is the sort of infuriating, inconsiderate details that make your life even more hell than it already is. So there, use your fingers, you don't have a choice. So then you torture yourself to put it in, and of course it's not deep enough, so in my case, I tried using a different applicator to push it in once inside (wtf, for real....). In the morning, the suppository was still not dissolved, and had slid back down quite close to the exit. When I went to pee, what was left of the suppository came out in little chunks. What had dissolved gave an awful icky, dirty texture, it dripped out all day long, and was just awfully uncomfortable even after showering. There are so many other products out there that have comfort in mind, that don't drip, don't hurt, and actually do what they say they do, without humiliating or torturing yourself in the process, I don't see why anyone with serious dryness issues would get this product. It absolutely sucks.

Jury is still out
Updated review- tried a second one with better results. Will update again after trying more.Original review with 1 star-TL;DR version: came out mostly undissolved and got flushed.Details: after using a similar gel product with an applicator, I wanted to try something that would be more convenient when traveling (and just in general). Followed the directions of inserting right before bed, laid down and did not get up until 6 hours later to use the bathroom. The insert, or about the 3/4 of it that was undissolved, slid out and in to toilet. $5 flushed! I will try one more time, but if that happens ever once out of the 10 times it is a total waste of money. The gel I was using also provided instant relief and lubrication. This did not.
