Warranty support is super inefficient!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Looked like a good build quality and design. However the motor stopped working in few months. Be ready for buying another if this doesn’t work as Usha will make sure they never replace within warranty. Happened to me and for last 2+ months I haven’t received the replacement. The Pune service center guys are good for nothing except making sure that customers are never treated well and carry a rude behaviour.

Performance outstanding. i no. needs repair/ replacement.
I purchased 6 nos. Usha Crisp Air Premia BV 150mm Sweep Size, 8 Inch Duct Size Exhaust Fan (White) in May, 2022. Out of these one no. had very high noise from the beginning and had to be got removed and replaced by some other make similar fan. Remaining 5 nos. are working good and I don't have any problem. As the removed fan is still under warranty, I therefore request to please arrange repair/ replacement at your earliest. Thanking you.Neeta Israni.

good Woking Product if u ignore noice
very high noise . it work 100% but noise level is high . if u have cooler than ok . if u have ac in your room or silent home than dont buy .only noise isse other han good quality with very low watt consumption

Pricey compared to quality but its good 👍
The media could not be loaded. Overall plastic quality is not good but it serves its purpose. Suction power is okay but not the best.Installing was easy.It's well fitted to my 8.5 inch wall hole so I am satisfied with this product.It's quite pricey compared to other exhauster fans so not so value for money.Noise level is okay... You will hear the spinning sound but it's not so loud.
