The headsets are great quality and looks more expensive than they are. When using the USB, it works amazing! Noise canceling is top tier! My only gripe (and why I took away a star) is about using the Bluetooth function because with that, the noise canceling goes away and you can literally hear everything! If you want noise cancelation, use the USB. Now, for the customer service aspect, it was a great experience! I let customer service know that the noise canceling didn't work with Bluetooth and they immediately sent a replacement device. They communicated well and gave impeccable service. Does not keep charge hangs up on calls

Do NOT buy! Worked great about two weeks then started acting up hanging up on calls. The last 3 weeks it would not fully charge. I tried troubleshooting like the instructions said. No change. And of course, it’s past the date that I can return for a refund. Convenient.

Get the headset!

I work remote and calling members all day! This headset is a game changer! The calls are clear and they can hear me clearly! I’m able to move around and not be tethered to my computer! It’s light weight as well! Great product, easy to par with my computer!

“Update : I left original review however this headset does not last all day which is why I changed stars and updating the review ! I get maybe a hr at most the it’ll just cut off I charge my headset overnight no way I should come in @ 7 then it’s going dead @ 9! Very upset especially with what I paid!” This was my original review >>>love the snug fit it’s light weight easy set up and the sound quality is great as well. I’ve been wanting a wireless headset for a while so I’m glad I found one that’s compatible with my work phone system !
