Q: One more time! is the digital optical port for output only? i need it to be an imput so i can hook my tv up as it only has a optical output for audio.

Hello, You can plug your digital optical cable from your TV to the Frisby speaker system. If you have any devices such as a Bluray player, Xbox or Playstation you can plug the HDMI cable from your device into the TV which will then send the sound to the Frisby speaker system via the digital optical cable. Please be sure to select the OP mode on the speaker system for Optical Mode. Thanks

If your tv has optical audio out or rca audio out yes If it doesn't then no.

you have to put a screw into the wall. the mounts are on the back of the speaker. all wiring is included.

Q: Does it come with remote control? Can the speakers’ volume be controlled separately?

It has a remote but you can't control the volume of the speakers independently which is annoying with the bass always set at one volume.
