It says you can use the dishwasher, but never use it. I put it in the dishwasher to clean it before use, and the handle was peeled off. Is only the product I received defective?

I primi pezzi arrivati erano leggermente difettati. Ho fatto presente al servizio clienti che mi ha mandato lo stesso articolo in sostituzione. Quindi problema risolto in brevissimo tempo.
