Its hit or miss with this company. Ive had 2 locks go bad so far on used for about 30 days now. Purchased for our new home construction. One the latch mechanism malfunction and the 2nd one the lock mechanism malfunction so i use working parts from one to make other work and returned thee other for a hassle free return. New one is work now

Very nice high quality door handles for price. They are very heavy and seem like they will hold up. Only thing i dont like is it seems like the lock knob is plastic and everything else is metal or at least It seems to be.

This literally made all the difference in the world. My house is OLD and had all mismatched handles. I bought this set, painted my doors, and this makes my dated house feel freshly renovated. They were really easy to install, and are sturdy. Could not recommend more highly.

Changing 26 door handles (1 garage door exterior, 5 Privacy Lockable (washrooms), 20 passageway (including 3 dummy doors just using the same handles due to multipack pricing) has to be one of the sharpest upgrades I did to my house replacing old golden door knobs which were not all matching. A few things I need to mention.1. The striker plates are newer and are not your typical striker plate. This was a bit of an issue, my solution was to purchase flat black spray paint and painted the old striker plates without actually using these ones provided.2. Since I changed the door handles from gold to black, I changed all hinges on every door to match the look for that final awesome looking detail.3. For doors without bolt plates (the part that attached the bolt mechanism onto the door edge) there is no option to just install without the plate for door with just a round hole (1/2 my doors were like this on my main level) just purchase a good 1" wood chisel, simple to install, just take your time and be careful
