I realize these bars have gotten great reviews so I feel a little bad saying this, but honestly these are pretty much like eating wood pulp. Really strange texture too. Like wood pulp. I think Nakd Bars are my new favorite product. Gluten, wheat, and dairy free with the only sweetener coming from the fruits in the bar. To add to the delight, they are a small, private company with a reputation to uphold and that's always a good thing. So many varieties are available, I would suggest trying the variety pack to see what flavors your prefer; and then buy your favorites in bulk with abandon!
