Works great! Completely replaced my coffee and energy drinks
These are awesome - I had stopped drinking coffee because it didn't agree with my system and my energy drink total each day was going up, which was hurting my wallet and my sugar intake, so I got these little pills instead. They feel different than drinking caffeine; they don't hit me with that same rush, but this may be because they also don't have the sugar which tends to accompany caffeinated drinks. I also have ADHD, and I know some of the other reviews have mentioned that these pills were good to help those with unmedicated ADHD to focus. That wasn't necessarily why I took these, but it's entirely possible that they did aid my focus; I took one every morning and usually one in the middle of the day and had a fairly steady state of energy and focus. (I use past-tense because during the COVID-19 quarantine I haven't been on a normal schedule, but I do take these if I need a pick-me-up towards the middle of the day). Overall a great purchase, and unbelievable value. Each pill is 220 mg, and 5 cents per. The average cup of coffee has about 100 mg of caffeine, and even making it at home, between grounds and creamer, two cups would cost more than 5 cents - let alone an energy drink, which would cost anywhere from a dollar to 4 dollars depending where you buy it, and has a comparable amount of caffeine to one pill. I also don't need to worry about things like whether or not I've eaten yet or if I can have a beverage in whatever environment I'm in - I can take one first thing when I wake up and it kicks in 15-20 minutes later. Highly recommend!

No Jitteriness or negative side effects
I've had these on my subscribe and save for the past couple years now. We've been with the company long enough to go through a few different product package changes, so yeah, it's been a bit. My husband and I both take one daily to help kickstart our day. We have tried other brands in the past, but this is the only one that has given us the desired results without causing jitteriness, tummy aches or headaches or effecting our sleep quality. It helps provide ample energy that lasts throughout the day without any harsh side effects and is effective in what the brand states. The pills are easy to swallow and don't leave a foul taste in your mouth. The only downside I have to report is by the time we get to the bottom of the bottle, we always find a few broken pills. We will continue to keep this brand as a part of our daily regiment and on my Subscribe & Save (which makes it even cheaper)

Long Lasting - Just wish it came in a lower dosage
Great product, great price. At 220mg for like 8 bucks, they beat out the competition on both price and dosage. And I love the fact that you can cut them in half; and they even recommend doing so to get started. However even 110mg is a bit much for me at 140lbs 5'7". I don't dare take it too late in the morning for fear of being up all night. I use to take Instant knockout fat burner, which if you took only 1 of the pills instead of 4, had 75mg of caffeine. Which was the perfect amount for me. However, I've already burned the weight and can't justify the price.Problem is nobody makes a 75mg Caffeine pill. They make 50 and 100 but no 75. Even a 150mg that could be cut in half like this one would fill a whole in the market.

A source of caffeine
I began to drink coffee a few years ago because I'm a night person who works early mornings. I'm not in love with coffee but I don't hate it, I just use it for a purpose which is its caffeine content. I usually make a french press full every other night and drink half the next day and the other half the day after that with no added creamer, milk, or sugar. I compost my coffee grounds and my french press doesn't us any filters but cleaning out the french press isn't my favorite activity. Taking a pill requires less effort than making coffee and cleaning out the french press every couple days. Coffee can also stain your teeth which these pills will not. This was the cheapest caffeine I found for the mg content and the number of pills. I did not care about L-Theanine but that seems to be a common secondary ingredient in caffeine pills. I'm out of coffee at the moment but when I figure out how many grams I usually put into a french press then I'll compute the price difference between these pills and a large Costco container of coffee. I have a feeling coffee may be slightly cheaper or really close to be honest, as the Costco container says "makes 400 6 fl oz cups".I started with half a pill as the directions suggested and was okay with that and then tried a full pill after a few days. This amount of caffeine doesn't make me jittery or cause any negative side effects which sometimes I would have with coffee. For me caffeine, both these pills and coffee, acts as a hunger and thirst suppressant so I actively make sure to eat lunch and to drink water throughout the day. Coffee ugh, makes me go to the bathroom within fifteen minutes of consumption like clockwork, while these pills do not. That will be subjective as to whether that is a pro or a con to you.
