My small bald patch up front in my hairline has new growth and that growth is now 5 inches in length. My nails are gowing fast, thick and healthy. I have been using this product since December 2018 because I was loosing tons of hair! I continue to loose hair but also have continued to use this product on a daily basis as directed! I also take other supplements such as collagen! Only time will tell...I wasn’t expecting a miracle when I purchased it and will definitely continue to take this for at least a year!!! I know there is no miracle pill and hopefully time will tell in a positive way!!! For me it’s easy to swallow and there is no bad taste

I've been using this product steadily for at least 6 months and I have to say my hair is looking better and losing less hair then I did before. Also nail strength is noticeably better. I like the time release aspect of this product, taking it once a day is all anyone really wants to do. I'll stick with it, I'm 65 years old and probably true very good genetics I don't have hardly ANY gray hair and I don't know if this is helping but it certainly is not hurting. I vote Yes.
