Curl Defining Cream for Wavy, Curly, Coily Hair – Frizz Control, Defines, Softens, Moisturizes, Adds Shine for 1a–4c Hair Types – Sulfate & Paraben

Probably one of the best staples in our home now. We all have very curly hair and we all NEED this product. It helps to keep our curls in place without the goop feeling. It smells amazing and really works. It works so good that we need a lot of it. Only downfall is the price. It’s pricey- but it works!

starting my WAVY hair journey so i bought like 10 different products to try and wow this is the only product ive actually liked the smell/feel/outcome of. i was mixing different products when i first started and hated how my hair turned out, but after returning EVERYTHING ELSE i tried this by itself and i think this is the only thing ill need for a while. i have some bleached blonde hair and this stuff saves and tames my ends. my hair is still fluffy but its not frizzy anymore so this is a win for me. i put it on when i get out of the shower and dont do any type of drying or styling (that is just way too time consuming for me) and i just brush my bangs out and let everything airdry. my hair is soft, not crunchy or heavy with the product in. and i dont notice a strong fragrance which i like.

I’ve been very happy with this curl cream. It helps define my curls and keep them from being frizzy, but doesn’t make them crunchy and it smells amazing.

I tried the travel size of this product first, and then I came back for the full size. I really like this and use it with Rizos curl gel every time I wash my hair. I have mostly-gray, fine, 2B curls that love to frizz more than anything in the world. If I use the aforementioned products on soaking wet hair, do a couple brief "plopping" motions (just enough so that you don't have too much dripping--or go crazy if you want, it's your hair!), part with my fingers, and let my hair air-dry, I get great ringlets that last a couple of days (if I sleep in my bonnet, which, if you don't have one, you must get one!). I don't love the fragrance, but it's very light, and I don't really notice it once my hair's dry. I do have a number of contact allergies, and some styling products give me a rash--not this one, though. Very glad I found it!

It does work it helps however, I have use other products in the past that do a much better job.

This replaces all products usually needed to keep my curls beautiful and soft. It does not leave flakes nor does it make your hair crunchy.

I bought this because of the great reviews from curly-haired people. Many said the smell is divine. Smell is subjective and very personal. While I'm pretty sure they use high-quality scent, to my nose, it smells disgusting-like the cheapest of the cheapest of lavender cologne and they put so much of the revolting scent in there that it is SERIOUSLY IN YOUR FACE, figurative and literally (think: somebody wearing way too much perfume or cologne enters a crowded elevator-it sucks all the air out of the elevator and everybody but the scent-offender is gasping for breath). When I first bought it, my hair was long, curly and thick and that is when my opinion formed and it was almost a deal-breaker, despite the wonders it does for my curls. Then I unexpectedly got my hair cut very short, but I can still smell it, slightly less so after it dries. Yesterday, about 6 hours after I put it in my hair, my neighbor (who apparently likes the smell of lavender) asked me if I was wearing a new perfume. I replied that the odor was from my curl cream. I researched online to see what kinds of essential oils were compatible with lavender so I could add to this product to tone down the odor. The results were orange or bergamot. I had orange, so this morning, laboriously dumped the cream out of the bottle, added 20 drops of orange essential oil, then laboriously funneled it back into the bottle. After using it the next morning, the smell was marginally improved. Because the scent is so incredibly strong, in this day and age with all the allergies that people have, I am astonished that there is not a scent free version. I am going to contact the manufacturer to see if they make one. To end on a positive note, it is fantastic on my curls. I do encourage you to try it, but know that you are going to reek.

Excellent product. I have tight curly hair but my hair is thin so its hard for me to find the right product combination. Rizo's mixed with a gel spray and maybe a dash of heat protectant and BAM! My hair looks freakin amazing!

Brilliant, not too heavy on my fine hair and smells DIVINE!The cream disperses in the hair readily, immediately silkens the strands and leaves my 3b and 3c curls soft and shining.I love this cream, I'm tempted to travel to the States and fill a suitcase full of bottles.

I really love the product. It arrived way ealier than its supposed to. After using the cream on my hair, my hair feels more smooth and it adds volume.
