Purchased this for my Grandma's Christmas, nothing over stated just a bonnie wie thistle broach from her grandson in Scotland, and I'm really happy with it, coming in at just a little over an inch squared I think it's just about the right size, you know even for its size it feels quite weighty and sturdy, its a really nice design and for the price I'm very happy and I'm sure my granny will be too.

It is exactly as shown in the Amazon advertisement and my (Scottish) wife was delighted with it. It is well made, has clean simple lines, and is a good size to pin on a jacket or coat.

Beautiful brooch for a Christmas present. I know the recipient will love it. I would say it would probably look better on a coat. as its got more weight to it ot a thick top..

I hardly ever write reviews, bad I know. However, this brooch has really exceeded my expectations. It's heavy, a decent size and for a friends birthday, she will be delighted with it. I had originally purchased one from Etsy, paying £70 for it. It was flimsy and not nice so returned it. This one is amazing and much cheaper than the Etsy one. I'm really pleased with it.

I love this, it's really quite heavy silver and the thistles are beautifully detailed. It's perfect for wearing as a brooch or to pin a scarf in position. Really good value for the money.

Really pleased with the brooch which we bought for my mother’s eightieth. The brooch is well designed and nicely finished. The only problem, it was not secured in the box it came in and dropped on the floor when the box was opened. Not a difficult problem to fix I would have thought.

We are delighted with this product. It arrived well before the estimated delivery time and were also very impressed with its quality, the photograph does not quite give the product the justice that it deserves. I am intending to purchase a second one.
