Gale Force Nine Dungeons & Dragons Dragon Heist: Vajra SAFAHR Collector's Series Miniature

We'll start with the good. The content on this screen is excellent. No rules or crunch, but tons of info handy for running a game in Waterdeep.*Code Legal*D100 table of city scenes*Inns, Boarding Houses, Taverns, and Festhalls. Organized by ward and by wealth/quality. You'll always have somewhere the players can stop by.*Prices for food, drink, and everyday sundries.*d100 Pickpocket table.*List of Broadsheets with descriptions.Now the bad. This isn't WotC quality. I'm comparing it to my old (and used) 4th edition screen, which is quite simply better made. The GaleForceNine screen is functional, but messy. It wasn't folded square before being shrink-wrapped. The spacing between pages is excessive, meaning the front images don't flow perfectly, whchnis most noticable across the logo on the front two panels. Mine arrived with minor moisture damage which caused two pages to be stuck together. The damage is minimal enough that I won't bother replacing it, but dissappointing on a brand new item. The actual paper is folded badly, leaving excessive bleed over at the top edge, almost as if the DM side wasn't printed quite large enough. You can also see all of the overlaps and fold-overs at the edges though the paper, which is distracting and cheap looking. The paper covering feels thin and easily scratched.In general it just doesn't feel polished like a first party screen, and I worry about it's long term survivability.

I was excited by this model, especially because I like the models Gale Force 9 produces, but this one was a complete disappointment. The main model requires 14 resin pieces, which would be fine, but most of them have been warped so they don't fit where they are supposed to, and resin is too rigid for it to hold a new shape well, such that I was holding pieces together for minutes at a time while allowing super glue to hold, only for it to snap back to it's original shape after I thought I had held it long enough. In fact, it even snapped a few pieces off when I tried to get pieces to fit into their respective grooves. The resin still seems to have a lot of residue on it from the production process, and way more excess tabs in the connecting groves that were left over from the mold cast than I've seen in a model before. The head is even split into three pieces that when put together, leaves a noticeable cap in the middle of the head behind the mouth. I haven't finished putting it together yet, but I'm not encouraged at all. This product is not worth the $90 price tag. Save your money on this one.

Absolute garbage, nothing fits together. I have been fighting to get this model together for two nights. If I do ever get it together, it is going to take a lot of greenstuff or baking soda/ glue mixture to fill the gaps. Definitely not worth $90, having worked on this I'll fitting non flexible piece of junk for two nights I'd say it's not even worth the trouble and frustration if it was given to me for free. I have many dungeons & dragons collectors series models from gale force nine, and the quality of there products have been steadily going down hill for some time, this is an absolute insult to their consumers, I have three more models from there current line already ordered but after this experience I will not be purchasing models from them again. If it was possible to rate this at 0 stars, that is what it deserves. Save your money. I can't stress enough how bad this product is. Gaps everywhere and pieces that simply don't fit. For shame gale force nine. WIZARDS SHOULD REVOKE WHATEVER LISCENCING AGREEMENTERPRISE THEORY HAVE WITH GALE FORCE NINE. $90 I feel like I've just been robbed.

It has some very good information for the campaign, a list of the laws of the city, a table of random city encounters and events, the costs of items in the city, some names of bars and inns in Waterdeep, as well as some newspaper names. The least useful portion is a pickpocketing table considering all the other tables out there with pocket contents. Still, fairly nice. The art is great and otherwise functions as a screen.

This has a variety of very useful tables that are valuable resources to use in city setting, and are perfect to use for those "on the fly" moments.I'm running DH right now, and it's enabled me to keep gameplay going instead of bogging things down to look for a table or pull something from my head.I hope there is one planned for Dungeon of the Mad Mage, I'd buy it immediately.

My 14-yr-old was thrilled when he saw this. He has all of the basic books and runs a campaign for his brothers. It's fairly low-level, so this was a great addition to his D&D paraphernalia. He already had a screen, but this one gives information specific to the campaign.

This DM screen is perfect for any campaign or one shot you may run in Waterdeep. You could honestly use it for any city. I recommend this product.No damages from shipping but I am sure that differs from other consumers.

Bought this to use with the dragonheist campaign in tandem with the standard FM screen. On it is a lot of very useful info for the waterdeep city that could be used for any campaign using waterdeep as the main setting.

Lots of mold lines, leg didn't fit cleanly in the socket, foot hangs off the edge and difficult to glue. One bang snapped anchored leg in half.

This model was one grate build, but a challenging one at that. This would be a grate model for your desk or role playing campaign. If you buy this model you will need clippers, knife, hairdryer, and files. You will definitely need modelling stuff such as green stuff for the gaps. This is a hard build but grate fun. I would suggest you watch a video on how to build Resin model because the part need heating up to reshape. I would recommend this model to people who regular build models.

Unfortunately these are made of poor quality material and badly constructed. Mine came with multiple creases and dents, which is a shame because it ruined the excellent artwork and helpful info for Dragon Heist. Sent it back for a replacement and the next one had the same issue, plus moisture damage.Seriously disappointed as this was going to be a great centrepiece for my campaign.

Amazing! My game has taken so many random routes due to rolled for pickpocket items! One PC found a key on a dead body and asked everyone what it was for, eventually he got an immovable rod from a safety deposit box the key opened 😁

Very disappointed, badly warped bar, virtually unfixable with the hot water bend trick. Had to use lot of green stuff to build it back up. First Gale Forse miniature I've bought and to be honest get better from my own 3d prints.
