I did have an issue with one I received being damaged in shipping or production. The next one I bought was perfect.

This was meant for a special order for a built-in Karaoke screen floor monitor. This product is the right size screen to fit the floor wedge monitor, BUT without a remote control won't work. It is perm. mounted inside a case. So I had to put my desktop with a remote in the wedge and put this Acer on my desk. HOWEVER mine is a little smaller so its works but not as well for the size needed. For that kind of a price on a bottom level brand like ACER I expected a remote. You can nowadays buy 28-32" LED TV with all kinds of hookups, 1080P, for the same price.

The monitor works great.... But i bought it to use as a second monitor and my 1060 only has 1 hdmi and 2dvi. So I bought this one specifically because it states it has a dvi but it only has hdmi and vga. So I had to buy a converter as well. 2 stars because it does work and look great but I paid $40 more than I could have to buy the same monitor that tells you it only has hdmi and vga, and had to buy a converter to use it for another $30
