Kamado gasket
I used this on the ash pan on my Acorn kamado. It worked out pretty good. I wondered how it would work going around a circle but it worked out great. The sticky tape is holding. It sealed the air leak like I hoped it would.

Gasket For My Old Imperial Kamado
I was worried this gasket might not stick to my old Clay Imperial Kamado. The gasket installation was fairly easy to do. The adhesion of the Gasket material to the base and the dome was good. I haven't used the Kamado since installing the new gasket so I don't know how it will hold up when subjected to high temperatures. The thickness of the gasket material was about 1/8". The picture on Amazon shows 3 separate rolls of material but what I received was just one roll. However, there was enough material do the base, dome, and vent cap. My Kamado has a 18" cooking grid so I think it's similar in size to the Kamado Joe Classic.

Great product to renew Kamado grill gaskets
Used the kit on a 4 year old Kamado Joe Jr. we use weekly/more often year around in Michigan. From Summer heat to Winter snow season. Bottom gasket had failed entirely and was peeling off. Top was still hanging in there, and the gasket around the chimney vent mostly gone. Plenty of material to do all three seals. A 45 minute job to scrape off the remnant gaskets, degrease, sand to bare porcelain, and replace.Seals are easy to apply, stick well, and we'll report later about longevity. At $25, this kit is nearly 7% the cost of an entirely new Joe Jr.The Joe Jr. is an AWESOME grill for fish, chicken, steaks, but requires a few options to really perform optimally. First is a grilling wok that fits the interior dimensions. CUISINART 11" cast iron wok fits perfectly, and is the VERY BEST tool for stir fry, searing steaks, and even frying fish outdoors to save the stink and cleanup hassle indoors with minimum oil waste.Second is the stainless charcoal basket. This allows you to recycle unconsumed charcoal efficiently, and get a really hot fir if needed. The dirty secret of the ash plate on Kamado grills is it's easily blinded by charcoal fines, reducing cook temperature potential dramatically. The charcoal basket solves this problem simply and effectively. You sure don't need a larger grill than the Joe Jr. for 3-4 people, heats up quickly after work, and with suggested charcoal basket, is extremely fuel efficient.

Great upgrade for a Chargriller Duo Smoker
Great product, did not use on grill they are cut for. I have a Chargriller Duo. As with any grill that comes in a box, it has its spots for smoke and heat to leak out. The first time I every used it, smoke just poured from the lid gap, and the gap with the smoker box. I bought this as a way to seal the gaps, without using RTV.I took the smoker box off, and cleaned up all the edges that would receive the gasket. It worked great. Just one layer around the smoker box hole, and then bolted it back on. Then I put a strip on the inside grill bottom, and on the outside edges of the sides, and back. The sides took two layers due to the bowing of the grill lid. (cheap thinner metal). The first time I used this smoker I struggled to regulate the temp. Too hot, then cooled off too much. Now that I have the gasket all the way around, I am able to control the temps. I had a very stable 225F, with some flux as the charcoal burned down. I am very happy with the gasket and my upgrade to my grill. I still want to get a custom built smoker, but this will allow for some time to save up, and continue to improving on my smoking.
