Couldn't handle the heat
This fire pit was going to replace a similar one I've had for years that finally succumbed to the heat and duration of use. I don't think this item would have held up to the challenge solely based on the quality of the grate that the wood sits on. It was also much smaller than i thought. It was immediately returned.

Do not buy used.
Won't buy used again. Several parts were bent out of shape. Box looked like several people stepped on it a lot.

Piece of junk.
Got one for Christmas. Was cracked, so returned it. Replacement was in worse shape than the original. The metal is too thin to survive shipping. Don't waste your money.

Cheaply made. But will work for very small fire wood
It showed up cracked in tje lower casting. The bottom rack would not stay in place. The door just hangs there.
