Tala 8" Square Cake Pan 20cm

The vast majority of Tala products i have have been good quality, and this tin is no exception. Its my cheesecake tin, and so far no issues, no leaking (although I always line the tin). Its a good sturdy weight, looks good, the perfect size for cheesecake or cake, good depth too, and very easy to undo and remove the top section. Washes well

Good tin, non stick and cleans easily, nice and sturdy

I bought this as it was Tala branded, but it's not quite as good as the Tala performance range. I find the non stick coating releases easily, but it doesn't seem quite as sturdy as my Tala Performance tins. So far I've made chocolate brownies and sponge traybakes. The heat distribution seems good, no uneven browning detected. Good chunky handles so easy to lift even with oven gloves on. Cleans up well with a damp sponge, and the corners are nice and rounded meaning you can ease a spatula in to remove the bake without worrying about scratches.

Really happy with this cake tin! I bought it mainly for making cheesecakes and sponges, and it hasn't let me down. The spring latch feels sturdy, clips shut nice and tight, and most importantly—no leaks around the base. The non-stick is genuinely good, so the cake releases perfectly without leaving half the crumb behind on the sides. It's very easy to wash up afterwards too. Definitely a solid addition to the kitchen.

Solid and very well made. Used a liner when making flapjacks as suggested and worked well.

Great tin, good quality & good springform clip.

Don't buy. Both tins had dents and leaked batter. Wasted good ingredients and a whole lot of effort for nothing.
