When this bag arrived I was very pleased with what I saw. The interior was very nice, the houndstooth exterior was beautiful and the bag seemed to be constructed well. As I rolled it through the airport on our first trip, I was justifiably happy with my purchase. It was fairly elegant and just different enough to be identifiable at baggage claim. However…… When I went to said baggage claim to get my new piece of luggage the result of what I saw was disappointing to say the very least. I should have paid more attention to the reviewer who warned me about the ease with which this bag stained. After our second trip, another short domestic flight, it was stained even further. The pictures above were taken after our third flight and I think they speak for themselves. I have no idea what is wrong with the fabric they are using, but it is unacceptable in almost every way. I would not recommend this to an enemy let alone a friend.

My 10 day trip to the UK would have been much more enjoyable had my brand new luggage (purchased just for this trip) rolled properly. One of the wheels does not touch the ground most of the time and when it does touch the ground (because the surface is uneven)... only one of the two ROLLERS on that ONE wheel actually rolls. So, when you are rolling it in any direction, it behaves like a shopping cart/trolley with a bad wheel. It was a real struggle to get the luggage from the airports and train stations to the hotels. What should have been five minute walks would take at least twice as long. I would have to stop every few feet to turn it around or adjust it in some way. Then, it would fall over every single time I let the handle go to free my hands to do anything else. NOTE: When the suit case is empty, it appears to roll fine. I wouldn't have taken this piece of luggage on this trip if I had known before I packed it that it had this flaw. I only discovered the problem after packing the bag and wheeling it out of my home to load it in the car. By then it was too late to change bags. This is not the only issue with the bag. It says that it is stain resistant. IT IS NOT! It literally came off of the very first flight covered in large dark spots that did not scrub off. The edges frayed after the first day and lines appeared on the back side where the handle stows away. Those also did not clean off. One trip and it looks like a 10 year old, well used suitcase. I couldn't be less satisfied with this purchase. The old saying... You get what you pay for; is certainly true in this "case". (Pun intended)

I love this piece of luggage. I have a collection now. I have two larger size, a pullman, and personal piece, but this is perfect for my carry-on. I have been using it for my Europe trips.

I only travel via carry on luggage, so it was difficult for me to find one with good reviews in my price range. I ultimately bought this one because it measured only about an inch taller than mine (this one measures slightly over 22 inches if I'm not mistaken). I wasn't originally sold on the 4 wheels since I had always had 2 wheels inset in the luggage for extra storage space.Let me tell you: I do not regret giving up the extra storage space for the wheels. Having 4 fully spinning wheels made it so much easier to travel. I felt better physically because it was easier to roll the luggage next to me on all four wheels than it was to pull it behind me on two. It was also easier for me to roll the luggage in front of me down the plane aisles and then lift it into the pin. I do not think I would switch back.Inside, there are two small bags with clasps. This is actually very helpful because I was able to clasp the straps and tighten them to compress my items inside, giving me more space on top for oddly shaped things.I would have preferred the brown bag, but for some reason it's more expensive so I went with the black. I think it's pretty nice looking and it is certainly noticeable. It's unlikely someone would swipe my luggage (say if it's gate checked) either on purpose or by accident. I would surely notice someone walking away with my very distinctive bag!I recommended this to my family and I believe they just purchased two as well. I'm very happy with it.

This suitcase is an absolute pleasure to use and it is stylish to boot!It has plenty of space to pack for trips lasting up to several days. I recently used mine for a 5 day trip and, even as a heavy packer, easily could have fit more into this suitcase. The different pockets, both inside and out, are convenient and provide for easy compartmentalization of your different items. Its size allows for it to be convenient to use but also practical for traveling comfortably. With this bag, you will be able to have an economic carry-on while not having to leave any necessities at home for the sake of space.Something that I find invaluable about this product is the ease with which you can use it. The wheels are extremely smooth, even on rougher concrete and asphalt surfaces, and the convenient placing of the handles on the exterior of the bag make lifting and moving it a breeze. It is also EXTREMELY light. Even when filled to the brim, the suitcase is light and easy to move, even into overhead bins on airplanes.The exterior of the bag, though pleasant to look at, is also very durable and doesn't show wear and tear. It is extremely well made, with a resistant outer material and thick, sturdy stitching. The corners of the suitcase are also reinforced, which prevents unnecessary damage and reduces the possibility for visible blemishes on the baggage.Overall, this suitcase is a great purchase for those who travel for several days at a time, as well as those who just need a quick and easy overnight bag. It is light, convenient, appealing, and smooth. It possess all of the great qualities one would look for in a piece of luggage. I look forward to attaining more pieces from this collection in the near future and anticipate them all lasting me for a very long time.

I was disappointed that the information was deceitful as it stated you received 4 pieces and you only get one suitcase, also customer should know more about whats listed on the site as I called to make sure whats listed is what I get and I was assured yes thats why I place the order I was very disappointed

I love this luggage set. It's very light-weight and it's easy to maneuver. The price is fantastic. The large case alone retails for $550.

Love it but should have purchase the 28” too small for week vacation.
