PMS Gummy Supplement

This is my second time taking them and I think they’re working. My mood seems more stable during shark week and I’ve noticed less bloating. I like how they taste and the texture is like a regular gummy bear. I think they’re expensive but I will continue to purchase as long as I see effectiveness.

This actually helps! First PMS support that I’ve found that actually works with symptoms. It’s made my mood better. I take two in the AM and two in the PM. Taste is good, too.

I love these gummies! They really do help with bloating and cramping. They also help calm my mood. I have recommended them to many friends for their daughters and as well moms.

I've taken these for a few months now and my normally terrible cramps and mood swings have been much more manageable. They don't eliminate symptoms entirely, but they do take the edge off, which can be life-changing depending on your situation. The gummies have a good flavor and are easy to take, though I find them a tad sweet and may switch to the capsules instead. The only real downside for me is the price. I don't know how realistic this is as a long term solution financially, but it's nice to know there are products our there that work to some extent.

I have tried four gummies before these. They are by far the best! They help me with cramps and headaches and pain with the period. I have not had any side effects since I started taking these! I feel much better now that I have these gummies! They’re just wonderful!

I found out I cannot take NSAIDs anymore, and Midol really does not help. So I was optimistic when I found something to supplement the so-so relief acetaminophen gives. This product had a good creation story and decent reviews. Yes they taste good going down, and they do probably help to some degree - still not totally sold but I’ll finish them. Biggest observation for me was the horrible aftertaste left in your mouth, mainly back of your tongue that emerges even up to an hour or two later! I can’t believe no one else has experienced or mentioned it. A bitter, stale, awful thing. It’s bizarre. However if you are in my spot and can’t take ibuprofen, this is worth trying as an additional layer of protection from cramps and such. Most people seem to not be affected by the taste as I was.

My two teen daughters and I LOVE these gummies. They are so tasty and they really work to help relieve cramps and other PMS symptoms. I never want to run out!

These gummies really do help my 12 year old daughter feel better during that time of the month. She takes 2 in the morning the first few days and it helps ease her cramps. She also said they make her feel less emotional. She said they taste like a sweet peach. She requests these gummies over pamperin or midol. They are about the size of a gumdrop.
