Bedbugs are a nightmare. This stuff will get the job done, but you can't approach it like you would a normal infestation. Scorch the earth. 1. Vacuum every corner of the room. Disassemble the bed and vacuum every section of it on every side. Remove the vacuum bag and set it on fire. 2. Liberally pour DE around the baseboards, around the bed, and everything you might have slept on since kindergarten. 3. Spray all surfaces that might have hosted a bedbug with 70% alcohol. Isopropyl, Ethyl, or Methyl; doesn't matter. 4. Repeat for 4-6 weeks. It seems harsh, but it gets the job done. All you have to do then is figure out where you got them from in the first place... Seriously important, or the whole thing will start all over again.

What exact percentage of Celatoms DE is crystalline silica? I want an exact number please.

It makes perfect sense for crystalilne silica to be hazardous to your lungs. I want people to realize it is kinda of like the "talc powder" or the worse "asbestos" you can hardly see the fine particles and if you see a haze it's definitely going to get into your lungs. Coughing means it's in your lungs. My Dad died from working on a machine that had asbestos but he didn't know it at a General Motors. He was a machine builder and when other machines would break down, he would fix them. It took between 40-50 years for it to cause a problem in his lungs. So don't take this advice to avoid lightly. My family was devastated because he was diagnosed and died within 1 1/2 months. They refused to put him in a drug study at IU because they said he wasn't "cream of the crop" meaning they needed people that didn't have it as bad so their study did well and the medication was approved. A few months and then in the coming year later that exact drug was on the market saving lives. Many more have followed. To be told no you can't try a study drug was beyond my comprehension. I'm a nurse and I was disgusted with the medical management of older people after that. Beware when you get older. Some treat our elder folks like their life isn't worth saving and will flat out say so if it means prestigious one if a kind new drugs or more money in their pocket! Praying for us all! 🙏🇺🇸

how do i treat the dogs for fleas with this stuff?

DE is very dangerous to breathe for humans and animals. The fine powder has microscopic razor edges. Itlodges in lungs and causes damage. I take it as a health supplement, and I tried to figure out how to Use it on my dogs coats, but the fine powder hangs in the air. It’s impossible not to end up breathing it. My supply of DE says on the package to be careful not to inhale.

Has anyone used this for pinworms?

Fyi. One of the replies here claims that this was used to get rid of pinworms in her dogs. Fact: Dogs cannot get pinworms. Maybe it got rid of some other worm in her dogs, but it wasn't pinworms.
