I have recently been diagnosed with neurotrophy and had been looking for a nice comfortable pair of shoes that were within my budget and still a quality item. I had first looked at some shoes at a local medical supply store that sold diabetic shoes. They were outrageous and were not even leather. These shoes are real leather and they look great, even with jeans. They are amazingly comfortable. I would recommend these to anyone who is considering a diabetic shoe or who has neurotrophy.

Somewhat tight.
These are nice shoes, but my husband has very "fussy" feet and the toe did not fit my husband well.
