Awesome puzzle. But do not get it wet. My daughter spilled some water on the puzzle and the pieces just fell apart, I had to attempt to glue it back together. No fault of the company but just be very careful.

The pieces seemed to all be the same shapes. They all fit into each other. The color is all so similar it was next to impossible to complete. I have done many 1,000 piece puzzles. Decided this one was too stressful to try to finish.

This puzzle proved to be challenging after all. Originally purchased because no others available (puzzles) but surprisingly enjoyed it with the colts and challenges

This brand is fine. But some of pieces the image lifted off the cardboard.

The puzzle is great. Very high quality. We had an issue with the puzzle missing a piece, and their seller replaced the puzzle right away. We will buy more puzzles from this seller!

I love crystals and wanted to find a puzzle to work on during quarantine. This did not disappoint! It is a beautiful puzzle and was fun to put together. 1,000 pieces took a really long time, but the end result was beautiful! I’d recommend this brand.

Too many similar size and shapes pieces.

Such a fun puzzle!! Kept us busy for days and giving the current situation with 2020, it was all we could ask for!! Quality of the pieces feel very nice and sturdy. None of the pieces were missing either, which is always an added plus!

I loved the design of this, the colours used are really nice as is the quality and I love puzzles that come in a small box like these do. I found a few pieces weren’t neatly cut leaving little bumps on the cut edge of some pieces and they didn’t immediately slot into place which is normally so satisfying with puzzles.My main problem was that the colour contrast on the puzzle is not like the box photo, it’s a bit “washed out” and the lighter crystals tend to blend into the background more, meaning you’re left with a ton of pieces that all look the same but are actually a mix of pink, blue, yellow and green - albeit super light. It’s not impossible but it did test my patience :)

I have only recently discovered cloudberries puzzles and so far have three of them and completed one. They are excellent quality and I will certainly be buying more. Lovely shades of colours in them.

Cloudberries is one of my favourite jigsaw brands. I love the designs and the puzzles themselves are always great quality. Can't recommend them enough, even when I had a slight problem with the last puzzle I ordered from them through Amazon, they were very prompt in replying to my message and immediately offered to replace it for me free of charge. Amazing service, highly recommended.

Disappointing and returned as crystals rather blurry

Absolutely love my purchase, by far my favourite puzzle in my collection! Beautiful colours and a gorgeous design, very affordable compared to other puzzles of the same standard and design, will 100% be ordering other items in future from this brand. Even the feedback card inside the box was lovely and made me smile!
