Product quality is OK. Service is CostlyNot satisfied with service and its charges. They will show you high charges in the name of the company and do the work even you or your local carpenter can do. Please make sure you check installation and other service charges before ordering and opt for self-installation or fitting and save 500 Rs.I was asked to make stand attached from the ceiling since I didn't have a wall to support it. After making the stand I paid 500 Rs just to insert chimney into the stand and plug the wire into the socket. If I don't do it I won't get warranty support which comes by default with the product.Nothing is rocket science
