A big upgrade - well done!
I owned the original model of this inversion swing. After nearly three decades of daily use, I recently bought my first replacement. This new design (new to me, perhaps not really new) is a great upgrade in quality in a number of ways. Works better, looks better, leaner design, and the same great way to get all the benefits of inversion.Inversion has saved me a fortune in chiropractic treatments over the decades, and has many other benefits to overall health. I use it every day.

Best inversion Swing, Gravity Plus is great.
I order this swing back in 2007. It is by far the best inversion swing out there. I have been very happy with it and it has really helped my back. Gravity Plus has been very helpful. They shipped it out very fast and it packed very nice. It is now 2009 and I ran into a problem with my swing. I called Gravity Plus and they were so kind and told me to send the swing to them and they would fix. They told me they could not fix it they would send me a new one. I wish all companies were as great as Gravity Plus. If you are thinking of getting this swing, it is well worth the money!

buyers beware
Please beware that the Inversion Swing pictured is not what you actually get. What you see are actually two different items, the Inversion Swing and the Door Gym. I purchased Inversion Swing thinking I was getting the swing which would clamp onto my doorway. Instead I received just the bottom half of the swing with two giant eye hooks meant for screwing it into the ceiling. I don't have anywhere to screw this item in, and I did not want unsightly eyehooks permanantly screwed into the ceiling so I contacted the owner of Gravity Plus.He acknowledged that the photograph was misrepresentative and yet still wanted me to pay for the Door Gym. In the end I paid because I wanted the Swing to be functional. When the Door Gym arrived, I found the assembly instructions to be vague. It didn't help that there was a small defect on one part that made it impossible for one of the four screws to go through without some filing and super human strength.I finally got the thing assembled. It seems sturdy. I can hang from it now, but haven't been doing long enough to tell you if it is helping with the back pain.I have waited a month to write this review to see if the owner would write a more honest description of his product, but he has not.

Hang upside down without pain or high pressure points. Far better than all Gravity Boots.
I've tried three Gravity Boots on the market. Most Gravity Boots put a lot of pressure on your ankles and tops of your feet causing varying levels of pain even with extra padding by wearing three pairs of socks and adding more foam padding. This Gravity swing is comfortable with no pain while hanging upside down. There are two ways to lean over the swing to get upside down. You can either lean forward over the swing or lean backwards over the swing. The bottom and side straps has very thick padding around the straps which significantly reduces the pressure points on your body when hanging upside down. The Pull-Up bar hangs securely on the door molding and no screws or drilling holes are needed.Leaning backward over the swing is a little scary at first but you get use to it. You can put a large pillow below you to help you feel safer. You basically wrap your legs around the side straps while you are upside down. There is just a little pressure on your lower back while hanging upside down. This is a some what comfortable position.Leaning forward over the swing is my favorite position. This is very similar to what we did on swings when I was a little kid. It's the most comfortable position with hardly any pressure points on your body. You basically end up in an upside down sitting position. The bottom strap goes across your mid section and your body is bent like a sideways letter L with your legs pointing parallel to the ground or upside down sitting position (like sitting in a chair upside down). Both positions are far better than Gravity Boots or hanging completely upside down in an Inversion table. Both positions take a little practice and you can get the hang of both positions in about 20 to 30 minutes after reading through the instructions. You can adjust the side straps to fit your height.Hope this helps.

I like this inversion sling
I have scoliosis (curved spine)and find that hanging from an inversion sling evens the hips, then lengthens the spine in correct alignment. This particular one is very comfortable to use, and I have owned it for over a year. I have tried others, which are not as well padded or sturdy, although the function is the same. I chose to hang the sling from the ceiling, using sturdy eye hooks in a 2 x 6 plank mounted to the ceiling. I purchased chain to lengthen the straps, and used quick links to connect everything.Using this inversion sling daily, along with a well-designed yoga practice, and attention to posture, has done wonders for my back, and I am now pain-free. Everyone is different, and I would advise: first seek medical clearance to hang upside down, then find a qualified Iyengar trained yoga teacher, to learn appropriate use of this sling, and other yoga poses to help your condition.I experienced positive customer service, and would buy from this seller again.
