Works good except when you want to start going anywhere. It glitches and stalls, I geared it down it should break the tires loose at this gear ratio. Wish I had purchased another combo.

36/60 2650 kv. Beast on 10th scale 4x4.
Bought the 36/60 2650kv motor for my son.. I was afraid of not enough torque &heat issues with the 36/50 can options..10th scale vrx octane xl..I was 100% shocked at the performance even with settings on soft start...it's a beast only using 2s.. had to go to 65t metal spur and 23t pinion...i geared it as low as I could..it's top speed is 35+. Kinda too fast for my 7 yr old...temps are around 115°. Backflips whenever it gets traction..blew out the 12mm hub adaptors first run.. installed new adaptors w super glue and keep your nuts tight...it's alotta bang for the buck..my kid thinks he's got @800$ r/c now. Always wants to race me.the grin on his face was worth every penny and he's hard on the throttle non stop. I'm certain now a 36/50 would have been plenty. Unless your really hard core racing on pavement 24/7 stay in the lower kv ratings. U can always gear up if needed.
