Hard to find tasty Passover cakes. This one fit the bill. Would purchase it again.

Ok, but Not what I expected
Haven’t had true sponge cake in years and hoped this would be it. It’s tasty but not what I remember sponge cake to be. This product is made with oil, which is possibly the difference.
