Spam Hot & Spicy, 12 Ounce Can

The size, the smell, the texture, the shelf life, you know this is Spam! A great value for the money, and what a zing it do bring to just about any dish or other thing. Ready and easy to use right out the can, still delicious, and spicy when crisped up in the pan. And too hot for my mother, which is a plus because she eats a lot of the regular Spam. So I get to have all of this one's flavor, and deliciousness to myself!

I had tried all of the other Spam flavors over the years but had never gotten around to Hot and Spicy. Well it was priced right and my curiosity got the best of me so I ordered 2 cans ... because it was Spam and I knew I would like it & then wonder why I hadn't bought more. I diced some up, sauteed it to get that crispiness to it, then added it to a mac and cheese casserole. It was the perfect :add-in". Hot and Spicy, yes, but not OVERBOARD. Glad I have that extra can now.

Great taste ifya likes the spam wants some spice. Idk what else to put honestly. It's Spam, one of those meats I grew up with packed with so much sodium, I'd give it a shelf life of indefinite for any hypothetical robopocalypse or nuclear ragnarok, or just to.... Okay, regarding that last part. I could see pallets of Spam existing in a fallout shelter with this flavor too. Granted, wouldn't order a pallet worth from this listing ;-)

It was hot and spicy. Little other flavor. I’ll go back to the hickory smoked.

It has the right amount of heat. We made fried rice with it.

Whatever gunk that came with the spam inside, it is true as someone else has described it. But when someone described this product as "HOT," I'll tell you the level of "HOT" I got after eating. It has a little kick, not spicy enough to qualify as "HOT." If comparing this to the chili peppers that I'm growing in my garden, this "HOT" barely reach mild. Is this a good flavor? Taste is suggestive. It may taste good for one person but not someone else. For me, I think it taste ok. It's not the best, but not too bad. It's less salty than classic spam so that is a plus. Overall, I'll choose this over the classic any day.
